Located just a few miles from Kierland shopping, this Scottsdale location offers first class amenities, fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, full kitchen, wi-fi, cable TV, small patio and a great location.

My place is on the TPC Scottsdale Golf Course, and near the Ice Den, Over Easy North, Tom's Thumb Fresh Market, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The space

Three Bed/Two Bath condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:

- Fully Equipped kitchen

- Attached 1 car garage (can arrange for 2 cars only if requested in advance)
- Two Flat Screen HD Televisions (Living and Master) with Cable TV

Guest access

All guests will have access to the pool areas, hot tubs and fitness center.

Interaction with guests

I will be available via email during business hours. Your check in information will also include an emergency line for issues regarding lockouts, water leaks and heater or A/C failure.

No one will be on the premises.

Other things to note

There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.

Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.

Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit plus any expenses incurred by needing to move the incoming group of guests to a new property, or your personal things to a new location.

Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.

Our listed pricing will cover everything during your stay. THE ONLY EXCEPTION would be stays 28 nights or longer from June - September. During this time, monthly stays will incur the cost of the electric bill. This will be billed separately to your card on file, or withheld from your security deposit.

Ensure you will receive your deposit back by doing the following:

1. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am - $100 and/or removal from condo
2. No glass bottles by the pool - $100
3. Bag all trash inside and outside. This includes cigarette butts! - $100/hour
4. Start wash cycle for towels (leave all other linens) - $50
5. Clean all large dishes, and start dishwasher cycle - $50
6. Replace keys and garage door opener - $50/key & $75/garage door opener
7. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Although my home is pet friendly, I do ask you let me know size and breed prior to booking.

Here is what my family encountered when we checked into Brent’s listing. It is formatted as a letter that I never received a reply from: Dear Brent, I am writing you to complain about the condition of the unit that I rented. Here is what came with the unit: mildew in both tubs, caulking trying to cover the mildew, lots of hair and caulking in the master bath to the point where it had a lot of trouble draining, really dirty baseboards in both baths and paint/caulk chips in the second bath, the bath rugs look ragged and dirty, there was food in the freezer and moldy coffee grinds in the coffee maker, there is a large stain in the carpet in the LR, debris in the carpet (a large screw and a hairpin) so I doubt the vacuuming was thorough, a very dirty sponge left on the sink for us to use, the ice maker never worked, the WiFi is incredibly slow, and having to lie about who we know in case a neighbor asks. It also would have been nice to know the unit (and balcony) are right on Bell, because we encountered a lot of noise while on the balcony and the bedrooms. Also, while trying to turn off the master shower, the knob almost came off. The bulk of the family get together was Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. I had to miss the Sunday morning trip to my nephew’s soccer game, in order to be here for the man who came to fix things. Letting a stranger in with our belongings was not ok. This condition is not worthy of the listing or the price. Please let me know how you are going to rectify this. Respectfully, Mary Martella PS I just heard that Brent will give me $100 off my next booking. So don’t look for reimbursement for your current troubles... expect to continue to book with them (despite very nasty cleanliness) and get $100 off. FYI

Hi Mary. I am so sorry my property did not meet your expectations. We have a full time crew available 24/7 available for any concerns. You called Saturday, and didn't want anyone there to fix the issues until 10:30am Sunday. Spencer was there at exactly 10:30 to help resolve all that you were not happy with. I'm bummed you did not mention all of these issues to him as he would have happily taken care of them all. You are also the first to complain about the Bell road noise. It's usually a quiet street. We never ask anyone to lie about anything, so unclear as to what that is regarding. You also didn't need to be there for any fixes, and I'm sorry you felt like you missed your nephew's game. We have a trusted crew who can take care of anything regardless of where you are or what you have planned. Most things you have mentioned here, guests have been very happy with as our previous reviews will indicate, so I will continue to look into the items you noted to find out where we may have missed the mark. At the end of the day, you were not happy, and for that I am sorry. We try to make our vacation properties as "resort-like" as we can with our professional team. I hope you feel we were at least responsive to your needs and fixed them as soon as we learned about them. Brent

Great location for golfers, or anyone attending the Phoenix Open. It was well stocked and bed was really comfortable! You enter on the ground level but its a an inmediate walj uo a flight of stairs, so you may want to keep suitcases light. Great spot!

Brent's place is perfect for a golf getaway! It is located near a big outdoor mall with good restaurants and high end shopping, and it is also easy to get onto the freeway system from the condo. Would stay there again!
