This is great and big studio, located in front of The Beach JBR which makes it amazingly convenient!
It is located in Rimal Complex, Rimal 4 building which is near Sofitel JBR.
Very spacious and fully new(please ready the house rules).

The space

This is a nice Studio apartment which is situated in Rimal 4 bld, JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) complex which is located next to the public beach.

There are plenty cafes around.

There is a double bed king size comfy bed(180*200) and 2 sofas (3 seats+2 seats)+armchair in the living area, a full bathroom and an opened-plan fully equipped kitchen. All necessary things are there: towels, bed linen, kitchen amenities(fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine).
If you need extra sleeping place we can put an airbed (140*200) it should be requested and paid at least 2 days prior to arrival (90$ one-time payment).

Public JBR beach (The Beach) is opposite Rimal complex, in 3 min walk.
There is a sand and a grass areas, toilets, cafes, even a cinema on the beach:) free Wi-Fi.

You can have a paid option to take beach towels and chairs on the beach(to be paid on the beach counter), but entrance is free of charge. There is aquapark for kids on the beach and plenty of water activities and fun for adults.
There are free yoga classes on the beach in the morning.

Guest access

Please let us know the arrival and departure time in advance in order to make a smooth check -in and check out.
Please provide passport copies of each guest after the reservation is confirmed (as per UAE Law). This will not be shared to the third party.

Interaction with guests

Our responsibility is to provide a check in/out service with explanation of how to use electronics in the apartment, overview of the around area. For any questions whatss app/sms/email are also available ( only if reservation is confirmed).

! 19.03.17-22.03.17 and 27.03-31.03 Price is Special and reduced from 135 USD per night to 91-114 USD per night. Please note that mostly early check in or late check out options are not available and extension of the stay for the specified dates is not available.

1) The apartment is Strictly Non-smoking. Breaching of this rule will result in 500$ fine. Smoking is allowed at the balcony only.
2) In case of keys,cards or remote control loss, guest will be charged: 27 USD for a key replacement, 137 USD for access card/remote control replacement. Price includes pure cost of the replacement item plus extra time spend of the company staff for issuing the items.
3) Pets are not allowed. Bringing the Pet on the check in will result in reservation cancellation with no reimbursement.
4) Any damage of the items will request the deposit charge according to the bill from the maintenance company.
5) Passport copies of all guests should be emailed us after the reservation is confirmed according to the UAE LAW. Not following to this rule will ends in cancelling the reservation as per cancellation policy.
6) Cleaning/towel change in not included in the price and available as additional service only. Price should be confirmed in advance, cleaning should be scheduled/requested at least 36 hours in advance. We provide cleaning(and bring towels) only before the check in, to ensure that guests are coming to fresh apartment.
7) Check in and check out time should be confirmed with the host after the booking is made. Guest is responsible to provide correct arrival details and ensure that info received by the host. This is important for the fast and smooth check in process. This is private apartment and we should be able to reach the place for the check in at the agreed time. We meet our guests in the apartment/near the building where apartment was reserved.
Guest should stay in touch after arrival by phone/sms/whatss app.
8) The following extras are not included in the price and should be requested and paid at least 24 hours before the arrival: - extra bed linen set 45 USD -baby cot (up to 6 months and up to 2 years) 90USD - early check in/late check out(if available)
9) In case of lost keys and emergency request to come, additional charge of USD 70(from 9 am to 6 pm) or USD 137 (any other time) will be charged from the guest for our representative to come+ key replacement cost.
10) Tourism dirham fee of AED 10 per night as per DTCM regulation is included in the price.
11) There will be complimentary 1 set of hand soaps, shower gel,shampoo and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your use.
We also provide you with start up dish-washing liquid, laundry detergent and first set of garbage bags for 1-2 times use.
This apartment is classified as self-catered private apartment registered as a holiday home, so please remember that while some start-up items are supplied before the check in, you will need to replenish them with your shopping.

Awesome location, very close to anything and everything you need to make your stay great. Anna and her associate Paul were very considered and helpful in accommodating an early check in. Appartment was nice and clean. And was well equipped with all required items. It was a good choice. Will surly go back again

Very professional service, communication was great from Anna, as well as check in help from Jason. The apartment is big a spacious and you just need to go downstairs and your on the lovely JBR. Would definitely recommend.

Great studio, very well situated for the beach and Marina. Well stocked suoermarket in Bahar 5 minutes walk away. Wide variety of restaurants nearby.
