Spacious condo centrally located, litterally two blocs away from Old Quebec, but away from masses of tourists. Experience my beautiful city the most authentic way!
I work as a writer for a local art magazine. If you're into good music, plays, dance, expos and/or foodie treats, then we'll make a great match.
***IMPORTANT: I do not own or rent a parking lot, but Place d'Youville's paid parking (100 m from home) costs 18$/24h.***
It's two-storey condo. I work a lot et sleep in the basement so you might not come across each other a lot during your stay. We share the kitchen and the bathroom on the first floor.
Also: you can take advantage of the backward garden.
My little house is located in the center of the city, a few steps from old Quebec and about 15 minutes from vibrant St-Roch by walk. You do not need a car.

• Cozy living room (with cable, Netflix)
• Kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, counter)
• Bathroom (toilet, shower/bath)
• Patio (during summer)
• Small coffee machine
• Tea kettle
• Shed (if you bring your bike)
• Hair dryer
• Washing machine
• Sheets and towels
• Scarves, gloves and tuques if you guys forgot yours (winter can be very cold in here)
Interaction with guests
As a journalist, my work consists of informing my readers what's up in Quebec City. So it will be super natural to me to share my favorite spots and great local events (concerts, exhibitions, shows) to attend to during your stay. I do the same for restaurants, bars, boutiques.
That being said, I can't tell you much about sports and outdoors. Those are not my cup of tea.
Other things to note
I have a cat.
Wi-Fi can get a little slow sometimes due to intereference I live just beside a TV/radio station and in a densely populated area.
