My place is within walking distance to Providence Park (3 min.), Max (Train) Station (4 min.), Fred Meyer Grocery Store (2 min.), 21st Avenue (5 min.), 23rd Avenue (10 min.), Pearl District (10 min.), Downtown (15 min.), Washington Park (10 min.), Rose Garden/Japanese Garden (15 min.) It is a central location close to all the attractions in the city. You don't even need a car.

The space

The living room is a cozy corner with a garden view and charming decoration. The entire place is extremely quite although it is a central location. The kitchen is fully equipped except a microwave. There is moka pot as coffee maker that serves 2 cups. There is no air-conditioning system however the apartment is naturally air-conditioned; it is super cool inside in summer as it's at the back wing of the building with min. expose to direct sunlight and covered by tree shades.

Great location in heart of city. Light Rail (Read Line) takes guests from and back to airport. Prepared Foods at Fred Meyer (located across the street) were tasty and affordable. Sinem is very precise in her messaging which for me is a great thing. Never a need to guess what she is getting at. Unambiguous instructions.

Sinem's darling condo is the perfect place to be for access to downtown, great eateries, shopping and seeing the gorgeous sites in Portland. Easy getting the keys, a Fred Meyers right across the street with a huge organic section made it even better! Parking is a challenge but nothing that can't be thought out and handled. It was the perfect place!

Very convenient location, and surprisingly quiet, even with the windows open. Loved the leafy view out of the living room, and the ability to walk 'home' after a few drinks on 23rd.

This eclectic apartment is in a prime location; walkable to Providence Park, 23rd St. shops restaurants, and bars, and downtown. Sinem provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants & fun Portland highlights. The apartment was clean with all amenities (though we did not cook at all). I highly recommend a stay here!

Sinem's place was an essential part of why we enjoyed Portland. It is in an incredible location with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Pearl District, and there is a Fred Meyer grocery store right across the street from the apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has beautiful windows and a balcony. Overall it was a great stay!

Sinem's place was perfect for our family of three! We traveled with a five-month-old and were so pleased to discover a rocking chair and functional washer/dryer in the unit. To sleep, we were able to fit his pack and play at the foot of the bed (a tight fit, but it worked!) The neighborhood is great! Walking distance to several of Portland's must-do attractions, including: Powell's, Deschutes, and Salt & Straw. Sinem and Lale were both quick to respond to any questions that came up. Also, the building itself was shockingly quiet! Got some great sleep while we were there. My only warning is to heed the parking meters and be especially aware of "Event Days". We apparently weren't allowed to park in the apartment building's "M" zone even having paid the meter because it's reserved for residents with permits only. Whoops! Lesson learned...
