FAQ (that you should ask)
A: A truly quiet flat in the middle of the Budapest in the VI. district. Two minutes from the Andrássy Avenue. Three stops with the Metro line 1 from the Szechenyi Bath. 15 minutes (1.4 km) by walk.
You will be very close to the main sights of the city and the fine restaurants and coffe shops of the downtown. It’s a really nice spot.
A: You may park your car usually in front of the building, if there is a place. The parking is available using the parking meter. You have to pay on weekdays from 089:00 till 18:00, at the weekends it is for free.
Q: What is the flat like?
A: The ground floor flat is little, but comfortably furnished. Cosy and friendly.
Q: How many persons could be accomodated?
A.: There is a double bed in the living room and a double bed on the mezzanine. Sleeps three persons.

Q: Safe deposit box?
A: We have a really nice kitchen. Very well equipped with microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, washing machine with white and colour washing gels ect.
Q: Towels and linen?
A: No breakfast included, but free coffee, tea and sugar provided during your stay.
Please smoke only outside.
Q. What time can I check in and check out?
A. You should check in after 2 p.m. and check out until 11 a.m. but we are flexible depending our possibilities.
Q: Who else lives here?
A: All flat is just for you. We don't live there.
Q: How much should I pay for additional person?
A: You shouldn't pay extra for plus person. The flat capacity is 1-3 persons.
A: Just outdoors.
Q: What should we do in Budapest?
A: We can provide you with suggestions, tips and help on theater or other cultural needs. Tourist maps, tourist guides are waiting for you.
Q: Could I require cleaning during my stay?
A: Yes, we can clean the flat during your stay if you require it for 20 Euro per occasion. In case you stay longer we provide a cleaning and change the linen every 7 days.
