About this listing
Near Open Space & National Forest, hiking, biking, climbing, mountain air, skies, nature, 9 miles up Flagstaff Rd (20-30 min drive from Boulder) Great for a quiet & peaceful retreat.
Studio space has private entrance but we share the bathroom. No kitchen sink. Ethernet but limited wifi.
You need to bring food from town since there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. No Public transportation-possibly no Uber.
During snow, 4 wd, chains or good snow tires may become necessary.
The studio is private & a separate wing from my apartment but we share the bathroom. You'll need to be comfortable climbing the ladder to the loft bed for now!
My apartment on the other side of the bathroom door is not accessible.
The garage is not accessible.
Interaction with guests
Please let me know if you need anything-
If I'm home come around the outside of the building, inside the gate, my door is just around the corner. Text or call me at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
Other things to note
There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby so you need to bring your food up- I have a 3.5 cu ft mini-fridge with small freezer. There are minimal cooking supplies.
Most cell phones do not work here. We are transitioning to ethernet instead of wifi so adaptors are in place to use internet tv, a laptop or pad but we are trying to resolve ethernet use for cell phones....

I love to read and watch movies, go mushroom hunting, making big dinners with my family, walking in beauty, birdwatching, meditation practice and traveling. I love Mexico, have been to Japan, Borneo, India, Nepal, Kenya, UK, France, Italy Tibet/China & much of the US - I appreciate our connections so much. I value an organic, sustainable lifestyle appreciating an abundant earth, living without causing harm to others as best I can. As your host I will give you plenty of space but if you need help just ask!
