Country home located in the small quiet community of Scotsville at the start of the South West Margaree River (known for its Atlantic salmon fishing).The perfect place to "kick back" and relax or a great home base location for exploring all that Cape Breton has to offer: Celtic Colours International festival (Oct 6- 14),Egypt Falls, sandy beaches,Cabot Links Golf Course located in Inverness (15 min. Drive), Glenora Distillery (20 min drive), Cabot Trail (30 min drive to its start) and much more

Beautiful family home in a peaceful & lovely setting. Conveniently located for exploring all that Cape Breton has to offer. Our hosts greeted us and made the checking in & out process simple and smooth. Numerous amenities provided. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future…

Very lovely place, the hosts are so accommodative and sweet, the scenery is beautiful. If you like birds chirping and the sounds of nature, this is the place to visit. This place is a 100% in every which way. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Catherine's lovely home. It was well equipped and maintained. There were nice touches such as the fragrance free soaps and detergents The river next to the property provided lovely views from the front windows and verandah and entertainment by the wildlife. …
