Great 1 bdrm condo at a resort condo development in beautiful Wolf Creek (Eden), UT.

Free WiFi, parking and no fees for cleaning or security deposit.

Two night minimum for Friday & Saturday nights, unless your dates are within 3 days of the weekend.

Since you will be a guest of mine, the resort requires guests to provide a refundable $100 security deposit that can be held with a credit card.

The condo is fine especially for two people. Be sure, however, to read the fine print in the advert especially the part about the photo depiction as things aren’t always as they appear in photos.

Unfortunately, David did not read any of the listing details and accused us of being deceptive. Had he only read the information at the top of the listing, he would have been expecting whatever it was that he was expecting. The listing description clearly reads that the condo will be one of two different units. Again, it's right there in the listing description and is definitely not "fine print". David just decided to rent a place without reading any of the VERY detailed information that is/was provided. Anyone can look at our many 5 star reviews for this listing and our 3,000+ 5 star reviews for our other properties and see that we are great hosts. If we could somehow get everyone to read the information that is clearly provided, we definitely would. Unfortunately, some people just choose not to read.

I'll start by saying that we are AirBnB Superhosts that have almost 1,400 reviews. We are some of the highest rated hosts on AirBnB. Anyone can look at our reviews for this property and our 400 other listings and see that we have a track record of providing wonderful experiences for our guests and being honest. There are a lot of incorrect and misleading statements in LaMae's review. She is actually very familiar with AirBnB, as she has multiple reviews on her account. So for her to say that she booked our listing because she was confused on how to send an inquiry, we have a hard time believing this. When she submitted her request, we accepted it immediately....within 5 minutes. She didn't contact us again until hours later that night. It seems like she submitted multiple requests for different properties and for whatever reason decided to go with a different property. Had she contacted us immediately, there would have been no problem giving a refund. I find it very unlikely that she submitted a request while having service and then immediately drove off (into an area without phone service) without waiting to see if she received a response back from the host. If you're looking for housing for the same night, it seems like you'd confirm your housing before driving away from an area with cellphone service. When a reservation is confirmed, a property is no longer visible to other potential guests. Just like the situation with LaMae, we receive same day reservations all of the time. Since we accepted her request at 6pm and didn't hear back from her until after 9pm, we very likely missed out on other renters. Again, LaMae's story just doesn't make any sense. If I'm looking for housing, I'm not going to just blindly send requests to multiple people and then drive into an area with no cellphone service. I'd wait until I had my housing situation sorted out first.
