Our apartment is one of ten in a Grade 2 listed house, set in a wooded valley just a mile from the sea.
We are on the edge of a holiday park and have the benefit of the use of all their facilities whilst retaining the privacy of a private residence. This is includes an indoor heated swimming pool from Easter to end of October.
Brideshead is a beautifully converted apartment in a Georgian property, we are in one of the old staff apartments so it has a lovely cottagey feel to it, we have fully renovated it and the place feel modern and warm. It is heated by electric wall heaters throughout and has an added electric stove in the sitting room.
We have a large fabric sofa, with a separate velvet armchair for those that prefer a firmer seat. We have Sky TV with the Living package, as well as a range of films and games. For a more old school take on technology we also have lots of books, board games and puzzles. We also offer unlimited wi-fi and a record player with built in blue tooth technology.
We have a small farmhouse table for two.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, microwave and fridge with icebox. We also have a Tassio drinks machine. Please check if you consider anything essential, we think we have it all covered though.
The bathroom is down 5 steps. Hot water is provided from an immersion tank so we also have an electric shower for instant hot water if required. The tank takes about 20 minutes to heat up. In keeping with the age of the house the bathroom has a Victorian feel with decorative Victorian floor tiles.
You will sleep like an emperor in our Vi Spring super-king size bed with 13.5 tog feather duvet and 400tc sheets. A superking is six foot wide and six foot six long. PLEASE NOTE. The bed is a lowbase divan. If you have mobility issues you may find it hard to get out of.
You have an allocated parking space and your own front door.
The property is suitable for babies but not for toddlers. We do not charge extra for electricity or water. All bedding and indoor towels are provided.
Your parking space is labelled A4.

We live nearby so you can always phone us if you need us for and we'll come straight over.
Other things to note
Whilst we are in a beautiful location our apartment is located on the ground floor near the back of the building and doesn't have any glorious views. We are also part of a renovated Grade II house, sounds from neighbours may be heard. We are also on the edge of a holiday park and again sounds may be heard. We don't consider the noise intrusive but this is not an isolated cottage. There is no mobile phone reception in the apartment, The closest signal is back by the main road.
Have fun and leave the place as you found it. The apartment is part of a shared house, please respect your neighbour as regards evening noise.
