We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We did not meet Salvador but we were met by Lorena who let us in and collected the keys at the end of our stay. Apart from that we were left to ourselves, which suited us just fine, although Lorena and Salvador were both available on text. We did have to contact Salvador a couple of times, but he was typically quick to send us a helpful response.
The apartment is spacious and clean, perhaps even better than it appears in the photos. The balcony is south facing and so you can see the sea and have the sun all day. The lounge (which has the shutters down in the photos) has windows all around and stunning views of the surrounding hills. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The only downside to our trip is that we visited in mid-September and the beautiful swimming pool that features in the photos closed for the season after the second day. However, while we were able to use it, the pool was fantastic - really big, clean, and has a lifeguard during the daytime.
The location of this apartment is great. It is at the top end of Torre del Mar at the opposite end to the bus station which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the main pedestrianised street with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We especially loved our visits to La Cueva, a fantastic fish restaurant, and La Monda which serves delicious Galician cuisine (both on Tripadvisor). There are very regular buses to Malaga, most of which take less than an hour. We also rented bikes from a place nearby and cycled along the seaside path which was great.
There were only 4 of us (2 couples) staying in the apartment so we did not use the third bedroom which has bunk beds. The other two bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Clean linen and towels were provided. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return to this apartment, provided it was at a time of year when the pool was open. I would certainly recommend it to friends.
