Stylish, Urban loft located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, with virtually everything the city center has to offer within easy walking distance, including the Gaslamp District, Petco Park, and San Diego Convention Center!
Loft accommodates up to 7 guests ( or more upon request) and features Self Check-In with “Lock Box Access” located next to entry door. Check in any time after 6:30pm unless otherwise specified by host. Check out is any time before 2:00pm.
The loft is contemporary and is upgraded to make for a luxurious stay, featuring an open concept kitchen with granite counter tops with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, a large living room/dining area combo with high vaulted ceilings, modern furnishings and a Foosball table for entertainment.
This space is “Loft Style” so there are no dedicated walls separating the sleeping areas from the rest of the living space, although the upstairs area does have a partial wall to allow for some privacy. The layout is as follows:
-Main Level: the main level of this property is located on the second floor of the main entrance to the building. The living area and full kitchen with a half bathroom are located on this level. The kitchen is open concept and includes a bunk bed set next to the half bathroom that accommodates a double bed on the lower bunk, and a single bed on the upper bunk.
-Upper Level: Upstairs from the main level is the loft sleeping area with a queen bed next to the full bathroom and private balcony. Around the corner behind the partial wall with closets are the two single beds.
Possibility of air mattress for extra guests :)
To insure always a comfortable staying the A/C Thermostat is set up to keep a temperature of 76* . It is central controlled so please do not ask to change that temperature because we cannot :)
The price is very low to compensate the little noise coming from construction across the street. They are on the job site week days until 5pm.so no noise at all during the night :)
IMPORTANT: We live on site at the Row Homes, so we ask that you respect our space as this is our home that we take great pride in! Please be honest with the number of people staying in the unit as time of booking, or you will be subject to a $500 fee deductible from your deposit.

I work really hard to ensure the space is clean for each guest. If you find any issues upon your arrival, please contact me so I can make it right. This is my 100% clean guarantee!
Because the cleaning is done by a third party company it may happen the the accuracy of the job is not 100% at the time of the check in. Please let us know so we can correct that. That will never be a reason for you to request any refund or money. Booking the place you acknowledge this :)
Self Checking time is anytime after 6 pm. Please do not ask for early check-in or dropping off luggage :)
***REMINDER: for liability issues because of the wood flooring it is not allowed to walk barefoot in any area of the loft ***

For extra $20/day ( if you stay 1 nights the parking will cost you 2 days, if you book 3 nights, the garage will cost 4 days :) you can use the attached car garage and the washer/dryer
There is metered street parking located on city streets surrounding the loft. We advise that you read all parking signs when parking to ensure you are complying with the rules and restrictions to avoid a ticket or towing. The loft is located at the intersection of F Street and 11th Avenue. It is free to park between the hours of 6pm and 8am, but keep in mind the meter must be paid between 8am-6pm or it will result in a parking citation. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: There are some parking restrictions for street sweeping and rush hour traffic times when your car MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET. IF YOUR CAR IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE STREET IT WILL RESULT IN A PARKING CITATION OR POSSIBLY TOWING.
F STREET: No Parking Tuesday and Thursday from 3am-6am for Street Sweeping, and 6am-9am for Rush Hour.
11TH AVENUE: No Parking Monday, Wednesday, Friday between the hours of 3am-6am.

The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the Property or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or Guests invitees. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property. Guest will indemnify Homeowner against and save Homeowner harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and/or expense in connection with bodily injury, loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to Property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by Guest of the Property or any part thereof occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Guest, or his or her guests, agents, or invitees.
