Toni and Laura are very hospitable. They went out of their way to ensure that we were looked after. The apartment is a true medieval house in the centre of medieval city. However inside the house is decorated with taste and very comfortable. You will find there anything you need. The place itself surrounded by marvellous mountain views where you will be able to enjoy both sun rise and sun set. They have a grocery store and a bar just a few steps away from the apartment. Terni town centre is 10 minutes drive where you will have more bars and shops. The waterfall is definitely a must see. We spent almost the whole day there, and thanks to Toni we were able to see it from the best viewpoints, which are unknown to general tourists. It was wonderful experience, a rest and peace for the soul and the body. We will definitely come back!

The place was great! Cute and clean. It is close to Marmore Falls and has a great view! However there are no restaurants or shops in Collestatte, just a 10 minute car ride into the city of Terni. Although it is a drive from the city, Toni was very accommodating and made sure I could get to where I needed to go. His family and him are very friendly and nice! I really appreciate their hospitality and kindness.

I couldn't have asked for a better host! Toni truly embodies the Airbnb philosophy. Throughout our visit Toni went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable stay in Collestatte. Indeed, Toni drove us to the Cascata delle Marmone and showed us an amazing pathway down to the falls. Later, when it was time for us to leave, we realized that if we were to take the bus we would miss our train, and so at this point Toni kindly drove us to the train station. I would absolutely stay with Toni again and recommend him to anyone wishing to stay around Terni!

The hosts were very nice and made us feel at home. If there was an issue they were living right next door so no worries there. I was a bit apoprehensive because there were really no windows (which I knew from the pictures so it was no surprise) but when we cooked dinner we simply propped our front door open and in this quaint hill town it was great! Locals passed by and said hello as we cooked and dined. Fun. A GREAT place to stay in a fantastic little hill town with very nice people! Our host Toni even gave us a cd of his music! We made our way to the square in the afternoon and made many local friends as we sat on the bench and drank beer supplied by Romina at the sports club. We even met a gentlemen called Francesco who took us mushroom hunting for fun. Thanks Toni and his wife (don't know her name) for the amazing experience

Amazing place in a very small and truly medieval village. Tony is most helpful with everything. The apartment is really cozy and comfortable. The only little thing is the lack of daylight within the appartment, but everything else is perfect!

The apartment was great, located in a small and very characteristic medieval village, very close to Marmore Waterfall. The place is very clean and equipped with everything you need, and Toni is very helpful in giving advice and some tips for the area.

Awesome house and hosts! Tony and his family were wonderful and helpful in guiding us to places to see and to eat. the apt is very clean and beautifully restructured yet maintaining its medieval feel. a bit dark, but that's expected from a medieval old house! the small town is a little jewel and so are all the many towns all around. Lots to do (waterfalls, walks, bike paths, climbing, horse riding, rafting...just to mention a few...) and really good places to eat not at all expensive. A great choice for a weekend or even better for a longer stay! we'll go back for sure!
