A trendy inner city suburb with heaps of cafes and restaurants
Couldn't be better for public transport, trams, trains & bus
Everything you need near by - food, shopping, access to city, sporting events. Terrific location.

The space

Close to everything Melbourne has to offer, easy access to major sporting and entertainment venues such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground (cricket, Australian Rules football, sports museum), AAMI Stadium (home to three football codes), Rod Laver Arena (tennis)
The neighbourhood is very well supported by public transport. You can comfortably get about without a car. On Bridge Rd, trams 48 and 75 take you into the city in 15 minutes via the MCG, or out eastern suburbs, Kew, Camberwell, and Hawthorn. On Swan St, the No. 70 tram to the city, via Rod Laver Arena (home to the Australian Open every January). The 78 tram (on Church St) goes north to Victoria Street, and south to South Yarra and St Kilda. Richmond and East Richmond stations are only a 10 minute-walk away.
Surrounded by cafès, galleries and restaurants. (Bridge Road, Swan Street, Victoria Street-best Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine ), shops, boutiques, bars and pubs.
5 minute walk to Epworth Hospital

We had a fantastic week at Roisin's, a wonderful eclectic home. We really enjoy Richmond and the recommendations for coffee and food were great! Super handy to the tennis and a short tram trip into town, everything we needed close by. It was our first Airbnb and we were a bit nervous but Roisin made us welcome and at ease. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to be back again next year :)

Roisin was very easy to communicate with. The place is so close to the MCG and there's plenty of nice cafes and public transport nearby. The neighbourhood feels safe and the listing was very accurate. Although I had a short stay, the place was very well equipped for those who need to stay longer. Thanks

There's no word can describe Roisin and her house perfectly. Cause they are the most wonderful things you can have in Melbourne!!! First, Roisin is really friendly and helpful. And she really cares about every guests with her heart. At the first day we arrived in Melbourne. She explained everything to us and left a note for us if we forgot. She would text you some times to see what you need or how can she help you. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. (She won't bite you! ) Second, the house is in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins walk to train/ tram station. 5 mins to MCG. Very convenient for almost everywhere in Melbourne. Even if you decided to walk to the CBD. It might only take you 30-40 mins. Third, this house is a wonderland that provide everything you need. It would made you addicted to it and you would never want to leave the house;) And the last one! You can catch many Pokemon monsters in this area! So what are you waiting for?
