A mid-century modern one bedroom apartment with a full of flowers and sunny balcony in Porto's Art Block: a local atmosphere perfect to live Porto, relax and feed with creativity!
Located in Porto's Art Block, Rua de Miguel Bombarda has emerged as a vital artery, pumping blood from Porto's (he)art and feeding the surrounding areas with creative fuel. It is in a 1950s building, on the 1st floor, where there was given a special attention to details.
You'll be staying in the most vibrant block of Porto: Rua de Miguel Bombarda!
The mid-century modern apartment was almost untouched since the 1950s and it's decorated with nature-inspired colors. It features an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower room (body, face/hair and hand towels are provided), a bedroom with a comfy bed (1st and 2nd guests - bed linens are provided) and a dining/living room with a single bed sofa (3rd guest - bed linens are provided) and a design dinning table and chairs.
❤ 3 Things People Love About My Place ❤
1. Location – My location puts you in the perfect place to live Porto (as a true local) and enjoy art, innovation and relax. Rua de Miguel Bombarda is the best place for someone who has never been to Porto to stay. If you want to stay where the package tourist stays then Ribeira is for you.
2. Balcony – My apartment has a beautiful balcony which provides the perfect place for breakfast and/or a drink! A lot of Airbnb accommodations do NOT have a balcony. Mine does and I love it!
3. The attention to detail – If you go through my reviews you will see a theme that I pay attention to the things that matter for my guests. 24-Hour check-in - No problem. Directions – No problem. Booking you a cab at 4am to go to the airport – No problem. Restaurant recommendations for every budget and cuisine – No problem. What are the places to avoid – No problem. Late flight and want to store your luggage for the day – No problem.

Apartment is spotless and I would like you to keep it that way. Be respectful in the apartment since I do have neighbors.
I request that you don't bring guests home, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to meet up with them!
Take special attention to decorative objects, furniture, bedding, books and art pieces and care in handling all equipments.
When leaving the apartment (during and after stay), all taps and lights must be turned off, as well as the heater and all windows and curtains closed and, after stay, leave the key on the dinner table. After a steamy shower leave the bathroom door open to make sure fresh air circulates.
Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy state on their day of departure. This especially applies to ensuring that garbage is bagged up and removed from the apartment and disposed of appropriately and also that any washing up created is cleaned.
Everything should be left as and where you found it.
The apartment is a non-smoking property. Guests are only permitted to smoke on the balcony. (Remember to close balcony doors and windows while smoking)
Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't have the facilities available to accommodate pets and is not adapted for disabled or reduced mobility persons.
No cleaning fee. After one week stay: free cleaning, change of bed linen and towels.

I have a passion for interior design and architecture: analyzing the light coming through and how it affects the overall Mood Inside, how space can make you Feel, how materials, textures and colors can come together as One and how different personalities shine through, making each space unique, Your Own, and therefore Original!
