Housed within a newly completed building along Flinders Street, complementing the exceptional views is the thoughtfully decorated art-inspired interior of the penthouse. The walls around the penthouse are adorned with a collection of original oil paintings by talented Australian artists - Ben Tankard, Niki McDonald, Michelle Avery and Cherry Demir.
The penthouse features two bedrooms, one on Level 28 and the other on Level 29, offering maximum privacy and is the perfect accommodation for 2 couples. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and if you have visiting guests, there is also a powder room available for their use.
We provide professionally laundered fresh towels, hand towels, bed linens and premium Crabtree & Evelyn bathroom amenities. Each of the Queen size beds provided in both bedrooms features chiropedic mattress, high-warmth quilt and four pillows (two high-tech pocket-spring pillows and two luxurious duck feather & down pillows), all to ensure that you receive the support and comfort required for a good night’s sleep.
The state-of-the-art chefs’ kitchen, equipped with high-end ILVE appliances, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, salt, pepper and oil is at your disposal during your stay should you wish to prepare a home-cooked meal. Fresh ingredients are easily accessible with the Coles Supermarket only a short 5-minute stroll away.
There is also a capsule-style hot beverage machine set up on the kitchen bench, where a selection of capsules, both caffeinated and non-caffeinated is provided for your enjoyment. An assortment of teas is also provided as well if that is what you prefer.

Interaction with guests
Should you wish to take up the complimentary parking offered to you, we will meet you at the car park, show you your parking bay before walking with you to the apartment which is a short 5-minute walk away. We will provide you with the address of the car park after receiving your booking.
If you do not require car parking, we will meet you at the apartment building itself for the check-in.

Standard check-in time is 3pm-6pm. Standard check-out time is 10am.
After confirming your booking, we will be in touch with you to schedule a suitable check-in time. Please ensure your arrival time is reasonably accurate as our host will be waiting for you at the front of the property on that day. It is possible to arrange early or late check-ins, conditioned upon availability. A late check-in will incur a fee mentioned above.

Smoking & Drugs:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests smoking inside will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. There is also a strict no drug use policy in this apartment.
Please wash dirty dishes and glasses after using them, or leave them in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Leave the house in a tidy and clean manner. Extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged from deposit if these are not complied.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on visitor number is complied with at all times, which is not more than 4 visitors inside the apartment. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors comply with these House Rules.
Party & Noise:
This property is not for any use of gathering, parties or celebrations. Noise level should be kept low after 9pm.
Replacement of key and proximity swipe are expensive. Please take extra care of them as $200 will be charged from the deposit in any case of losing them.
