About this listing
This is HALF of a duplex all to yourself in a quiet village setting with large yard.
My aunt lives separately in the other part of the duplex. My parents live in Indiana, only 10 minutes away and are nearly always available for questions or anything you need.
The living room has a television and DVD player with limited Amazon Fire (no broadcast/satellite/cable).
The place is close to IUP (10-minute drive)
Pittsburgh (50 miles)
It is best for 1 or 2.
You will have access to half a house with private entrances and no shared space within the rental. The half will be entirely yours for your stay.
My parents (from Indiana) will greet you and take care of any needs during your stay. You will have Alexa lighting control/info/music/radio/etc. available. The study now has a 27" monitor and USB mouse/keyboard for your laptop.
The basement and upstairs closest are off limits. You will have access to a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the first level and a sitting room with electric fireplace and bedroom with king size bed on the second level.
Interaction with guests
My parents will meet you on arrival. If you have any concerns about finding the village where the hosue is located, they would also be able to meet you in the nearest town, Homer City, and you could easily follow them.
Other things to note
If you need dates not listed, please send me a message through AirBnB with your request. If I can accommodate, I will add those dates to my calendar, so you would be able to book them through the AirBnB site.

- The bedroom is upstairs has 1 king size bed, which is high, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
- The cellar is off limits
I have a very nice, recently renovated house in Pennsylvania near IUP and about an hour from Pittsburgh.
I've lived in Germany (Munich and Berlin) for nearly ten years after 20 years in Manhattan.
My parents take care of business in the States for me, including the house. They would be happy to greet you!
