My place is close to Eldorado Canyon State Park, natural spring pool, rock climbing, hiking trails, fly fishing and Boulder. This is the historic 1950's post office beautifully remodeled, situated on a magical spacious property. You’ll love the deck overlooking the river, the sound of rushing water, the kitchen, high ceilings, views, coziness, the Eldorado spring water from the tap, the artistic shower. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
- Check-in is after 4 PM. Please clean up after yourself and leave the place as it was when you checked in (the cleaning fee covers the maid laundering the sheets and towels, scrubbing the shower, toilet and sinks, sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout.) There are absolutely no fires outside - the area is a very high fire risk zone and open burning is banned (with a heavy corresponding fine) most of the year. If you are a smoker (no smoking allowed in the house) it is imperative that you diligently use an ashtray and properly dispose of your cigarette butts. Trash will be taken away for you at the end of your stay. Please do not leave any trash outside as it can attract unwanted animals to the house. Please do not feed any of the many wild animals: hummingbirds, foxes, chipmunks, squirrels, etc. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs on the premises or facilities. The owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Thank you for honoring our House Rules :)
