You have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom on the second story of the house. You'll also have access to the common living space which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and main floor bathroom, as well as the front porch and laundry machines.

The tap water from all the faucets in the house is safe to drink.
SAIT, ACAD, the Jubilee Auditorium are 1 train stop away, North Hill shopping centre is 2 stops and the University of Calgary is 3 stops north.
Lots of walking and bike paths along the river are close by, as well as Eau Claire shopping centre and the Plaza Theatre.
Handy to the Calgary Zoo and 20 minutes drive to Calgary International Airport.

I live in the inner city community of Sunnyside, and I love it, with all the shops, restaurants, walks surrounded by beautiful gardens, streets lined with large old deciduous and fir trees. I so enjoy the view of the city skyline from my front porch, which changes constantly with the time of day, season and weather. I have lived in Calgary for 32 years, I've traveled extensively, love the arts, yoga, painting, swimming, walks and coffee.
