We are pleased to offer an upper-level garage studio apartment with its own private entrance and parking spot! Located in a beautiful neighborhood off Kingston Pike in West Knoxville, close to many restaurants and only minutes to Whole Foods and I-40. Six miles to UT campus and downtown. Lovely and private. Must be able to maneuver stairs.
Other things to note
We do have a small dog. She is kept in the fenced yard/main house, and has no access to the TreeHouse. Just please take note and be aware.
- No smoking in the apartment (smoking okay on the deck) Check-in time on arrival date is no earlier than 2 PM and no later than 10 PM. However, if you require a specific check-in time or plan to arrive later than 10 PM, we need to discuss before booking whether your request can be accommodated. A set of keys will be provided upon check in and must be returned at time of check out. Please plan to check out by noon on the scheduled departure date. No illegal substances, underage drinking, other illegal activity is permitted on the property.
- Help us host you! Complete your airbnb profile and tell us a little about yourself and why you are visiting Knoxville. We want to personally meet and greet you to give you the key, so we'll need to coordinate your arrival with our schedule. We don't have a key box.
- The apartment has a queen bed. One or two children could be accommodated in the space; blow up bed provided for additional fee. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee & tea provided), a toaster oven, crock pot, and electric (George Foreman) grill. There is one parking space adjacent to the apartment. Plates, glasses, mugs, bowls and utensils are provided. Also, a big screen TV & wireless internet. You are guests in our home, and we want to make sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay!
