Your side of this duplex is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and was completely renovated in 2015 with a brand new kitchen (stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, redwood bar), bathroom, double pane windows, hardwood floors, forced-air heating on a Nest thermostat, recessed lighting throughout, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms for optimal air circulation.
Room by room overview:
Living Room: new 40" HD TV with G*Cast (stream from laptop, phone or tablet to the TV). BluRay/DVD player with streaming Apps and a few DVDs.
Front Bedroom: queen bed, built-in closet with hangers, drawers with extra linens; end tables and reading lamps.
Back Bedroom: twin bed and dresser, end table and reading lamp. Closet with hangers, extra linens, blankets, extra chairs, Twin Aerobed, Baby Bjorn travel crib, vacuum and beach toys.
Bathroom: tub with shower. Towels, hand towels, and wash clothes provided (beach towels are also provided and you'll find those in the built-in drawers in the dining room). PG has an old and sensitive sewer system--only toilet paper down the toilet.
Dining Room: drop-leaf table can seat 4 (extra chairs in closet). Built in cabinets with, cloth napkins, extra bath towels, beach towels, placemats & reusable bags. There are plenty of books in our built-in bookshelves, so feel free to take and read what you like. Children's books are here, too. There are also some toys for little ones (cars to take to the park, simple puzzles).
Kitchen: new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, water filter, coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates/bowls, and cookware. There is also a reclaimed redwood bar with two bar stools, the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.
Yard: fenced-in yard with a table and 4 chairs (seat cushions for these are in the chest/coffee table in the living room). Extra outdoor chairs are in the back bedroom closet.
Fun fact: This adobe duplex was built in the 1920s by my great-grandfather W.R. Holman with supplies from his famed Holman's Department store (once the largest department store between San Francisco and Los Angeles). You can see the site of the store at Lighthouse Ave. between Grand and Fountain downtown; it's currently being remodeled into luxury condos.

We'll be neighbors so we might run into each other, but we'll always respect your privacy. If you have any questions on the home or area, feel free to text or call. Both my wife and I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula, so we have a deep knowledge that we're happy to share!

-Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. We have an old sewer system that cannot handle anything else.
