I just can say that Liz is the most incredible person I've met in the UK, she is kind and lovely and always has an answer, suggestion, advice to give you in order to make the most of your time in Exeter and also in the UK. The house is lovely, quiet, clean and tidy, so convenient, close to the train station, and also to the downtown and University. I highly recommend Liz and her house because it is all you need in Exeter :)

Liz's place is ideally located near Exeter St. David's train station. Walking into the city was easy and Liz was very helpful with maps and local info. Breakfast was good and I was made to feel at home. My bike was securely stored.

We had such a lovely stay at Liz’s and would highly recommend her place. The room is very comfortable and good size – peaceful area so had no issues with sleep or anything. The breakfast was superb – it was plentiful and with good options. It really gave us a good start to our days! Liz was very welcoming throughout our stay – we felt more like we were staying at our aunt’s rather than a stranger’s place! So for us that really made a positive impact. The house itself has everything you need – and is only a short walk from the centre or the quay part. One of our most pleasant AirB&B stays!! Thank you Liz!

Hi I'm Liz. I've lived in Exeter for just over two years and love my adopted city! I'm a retired teacher with two grown up children who live nearby and am a busy grandmother. I belong to an outdoor group and enjoy walking, cycling, badminton, water sports - kayaking, sailing…
