This place was so clean and in an amazing spot. 3-4 blocks from Javits. Liz and Sammy were very accommodating to our situation. It was pretty hot in NYC during our stay, and the AC in the one bedroom had it's work cut out for it. It stayed plenty cool enough for us to sleep, though. Sammy even brought by an extra fan just to make sure we were comfortable. Sammy/Liz were always immediately available with a response if we needed anything. They even checked in a few times to make sure everything was to our liking. The two full-size beds were super comfy, and the kids had plenty of space on the roll-away bed and fold-out sofa. There is are two good-sized closets in the one bedroom with hangers to use. The corner windows in the other bedroom are incredible. The bathroom was super spacious and extremely clean. There were plenty of clean towels and bedding. A washer/dryer available for use in the closet. Really awesome bar (Porchlight) and coffee shop (La Colombe) very close by. Super close to the High Line as well. I will absolutely try to stay here for the next work trip.

This is a nice place in Chelsea with views of the Hudson, close to the high line. 2BRs, 1BA, very clean, with a functioning but minimal kitchen. Check-in has a couple extra steps because it is NY, but hey, you're not in a postage stamp overpriced hotel room, so it's worth it. AC is in one of the BRs, so if it is hot, you need to have the door to that BR open or the other rooms might heat up. Owner is very reachable throughout stay. All in all, we found this place to be clean, convenient, safe, and affordable. Would stay again.

Great location! Close to restaurants, bars and The High Line. The apartment is a little bit smaller than the pictures but is perfect for a nice stay in NYC.

I had an unfortunate experience with this host and this property. My host was in Europe and left a neighbor to handle our check in and clean the apt. what went wrong: - I had a hard time reaching the host to coordinate a check in time. here response were hours in between. - The address they give you for the listing is not the address to the apartment. its the address to a deli in the corner where they can meet you and escort you to the property because turns out they are not supposed to airbnb the apartment. - She had us lie to security and tell them we were staying in different unit. therefore we had a hard time every time we ordered food, had a guest or a baby sitter come over because we were lying about what apt we were staying. - there were no chairs to sit on. they claimed the previous guest broke them. - the floors were dirty. there were no mops. - the only toiletries was shampoo. My last day (fathers day) was spent dealing with airbnb about none of the above issues being properly addressed. it was a very unpleasant experience but we made the best of it and tried to enjoy the neighborhood which is great.
