My place is close to Darling Harbour, King St Wharf, Barrangaroo, Wynyard, Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building, Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Syd Tower Eye, The Star, Trains, Pitt St Mall, Ivy Nightclub, Banks, The Rocks, Fish Markets & George Street. You’ll love my place because of the location in the heart of the CBD, sleeps 6, Luxury Bathroom, Equiped Kitchen, Stylish Inclusions, Balcony with views. Hi Speed Internet. My place is good for couples, business travellers & families.

Please leave the place in as good or better condition as when you arrived.
Please turn off the lights & any electrical appliances and make sure the door is properly locked whenever you leave the apartment.
The apartment is self-serviced, cleaning equipment is provided. A one off 'departure clean' fee is charged at the time of making the booking. Additional cleaning services can be arranged by request if required. Additional fresh linen - bedsheets, towels etc are provided for self service. If late check out is granted you must wash & dry if possible your used, linen, towels, sheets etc & return them to the linen shelf. Sufficient washing powder is provided to allow for linen self washing. Rubbish can be emptied into the rubbish chute accessible from the lift lobby directly outside the apartment door.
No Smoking please.
If you loose the house keys you must pay $130 for the replacement.
No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
No red wine in the bedrooms
No smoking in the unit, you can smoke on the balcony

You must also acknowledge
Must climb stairs - There is approximately 8 steps at the main entrance between the street & main lobby elevator.
Potential for noise - It’s the centre of the city so occasional street noise can be heard from the 2nd bedroom. The main bedroom is fully soundproofed & quiet.
No parking on property - There is a Wilsons Parking Station behind the building that guests can park at discounted rate up to $35/day (max) instead of the normal rate $79/day

Matt was a super nice and helpful host. The apartments Location was perfect. The View from the pool is outstanding. The Bathroom was a good size. But the rest of the house is really on fit for Four people Max, as there is only two bedrooms and the couch. but all up the size of the apartment was the only problem. Thank you Matt!!

Matts description is very accurate, and the place was immaculately clean, easy to find, and Matt was very welcoming. It is very near to Darling Harbour which has many restaurants available, but as he says in his description it is in the city center and you need to allow for the traffic. Otherwise I couldn't fault it.

The street noise from trucks engaging in first gear to get up the hill all through the night negates all the good points like a reliable host and a central location.
