The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of them are oriented to the park, with amazing views of square with The National Theatre and The Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel. The third bedroom is oriented to a pleasant and quiet courtyard of the building.
There are total 4 double beds and 2 single beds in 3 bedrooms, for 10 guests in total.
In the central living-room there is a large sofa for 4-5 people, 42" LED TV with 130 cable TV channels, a dining table with 6 chairs and a design custom-made kitchen with a large storage space and a stoneware jersey.
There are elegant sliding glass door between the hallway and the living-room.
WiFi 100 Mbit Internet available is in the entire flat.
The apartment has a beautiful modern and luxurious custom-made bathroom, with 2 sinks, a large mirror, custom cabinets and a design shower. WC is in a separate room and has its own sink.
In the entrance hall there are new wardrobes with the large storage space and a large Venetian mirror.
The apartment is fully furnished with new state of the art home appliances - washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, iron desk, dryer, hair-dryer, and 42" LED TV.
For better comfort, an adjustable underfloor heating is built In the living room and the bathroom.
Large 14m2 terrace which is a part of the apartment is the only one in the whole building. It is situated in a quiet grassy courtyard, ideal for a pleasant afternoon relax or sitting with a cup of coffee in the early evening. There is a nice wooden table + 4 wooden chairs. Smoking on the terrace is allowed.
The apartment is fully equipped with towels (3 sizes), bed clothes, duvets, sheets, pillows, etc.
There is a lot of other stuff, too, such as (bathroom) shampoos, shower gels, washing powder, (kitchen) sugar, salt, tea, coffee, etc. so you do not need to buy any of these basic products for your stay.
Our guests have full access to all rooms and they can use anything in the apartment.
Interaction with guests
Our first rule is the satisfaction of my guests. We always do our best to ensure that our guests will be enjoying their stay. Therefore, we always provide our guests with our beautiful apartment fantastic clean and ready, we prepare a small refreshment for guests and we also equip guests with the mobile credit during their stay, so they can call a taxi or other applicable numbers.
