Sleep in comfy beds across 3 bedrooms and have 2 bathrooms. Our dining room table easily fits 8 and the floor plan is open with tons of boho chic decor! We're a 10-15 minute uber/lyft from downtown, but less than a 5 minute walk to fun, food and local Nashville hot spots. Room to socialize in this beautiful space in a great neighborhood!

The location: We're 5 miles to downtown, but less than 0.2 miles to places to eat, drink and be merry! From the house, you can get to some of Nashville's favorite places to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks within a 5 minute walk!
The lot: Private, large lot in an established, safe neighborhood that feels "away from it all" while still being in the action.
The house: Open floor plan perfect for a group traveling together; there's room to relax and unwind with friends, while allowing for privacy throughout the 3 bedrooms. The backyard must be seen to be believed and is spacious, lush and beautiful with a tin-roofed back deck to relax on! 2 bathrooms and an updated kitchen round out this awesome space!
Amenities and Service: Our property managers are there for you 24/7 and provide fresh sheets and towels (2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel per guest) between stays. Should anything go wrong, at all, you'll have someone to contact! You'll also be able to checkin anytime after 3:00, so late flights in are no problem (and we try to honor early checkin requests as often as we can!). If you need something for your stay, let us know and we'll do our best to make sure it's ready and waiting for you!
You'll have access to the entire home, including the outdoor spaces and driveway area.
Interaction with guests
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. We live in residential neighborhoods and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. We ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am.
For those unfamiliar with Airbnb, please note our process of serving our guests:
-You book instantly, or request to stay and we say YES!!! :)
-We'll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit; that's collected via Airbnb, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms.
-About a week before your stay, you'll be sent a virtual guest book with info about the property you'll be staying at.
-4 days prior to checkin, you'll receive a welcome email with checkin instructions.
-2 hours prior to your arrival, you'll be texted, emailed and airbnb'ed (hey, we wanted to be thorough!) with a code to access your rental unit.
-You arrive and love everything!
-You enjoy your vacation, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we'll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).

-No smoking or pets in or around the house. Any evidence of either will be an automatic charge of $300.
-No illicit drug use.
-When leaving the home during your stay, please ensure all doors and windows are locked accordingly.
-Please do not move furniture, remove artwork from the walls, or otherwise change the property while staying.Additionally, we understand certain groups may be celebrating birthdays, weddings, or other occasions-- please be respectful with the decorations you use. Strong adhesives, glitter and tack/nail holes can be considered "damage" if excessive or unfixable.
-Wifi password and other home information is posted in the home.
-Please treat the home as your own, and do your best to leave it as close to how you found it as possible.
-Upon checkout, please leave house as close to how you found it as possible and leave all used linens and towels by the laundry room, ensure lights, electronics and stove/oven are off and lock all windows and doors behind you.
-We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but it is dependent on the availability of the home.
-Please note we require guests to sign a rental agreement prior to their arrival. Airbnb guests are not required to submit payment information, as all finances and/or damage claims are handled through Airbnb.
