Racheal's feedback was a surprise and we believe unfair. As regards check in, we contacted her twice in advance to make arrangements for her arrival to get her the key and she said on the day of arrival in respect to the two texts: "My apologies for missing this until this morning I've been traveling." So her account below is simply untrue.
Promptly upon getting her texts the day of arrival, we gave her the number to coordinate with someone who lives on property. She then failed to text that person multiple times in a row and had to repeatedly be reminded to text that person.
When she told us she needed TP, we had her extra TP within an hour by that units front door. That means she had 3 rolls total for a 3 day stay. I can't understand why she would complain about that.
In terms of her comment that there are not many glasses in the kitchen, there are 6 kitchen glasses and the unit is only supposed to be for 2 - 3 people. So again, I don't really understand her comment and believe it is misleading or she was violating house rules on the number of guests permitted.
As regards TV, we have made it clear in the listing that there is no TV which she should have read in advance and understood.
The towels are Missoni towels purchased earlier this summer and so they are not old and worn down and the bedding is always freshly cleaned as reflected in prior comments. We believe these comments do not reflect what actually occurred and certainly did not reflect any feedback received while she was staying in the unit, which we would have happily addressed.
We are committed to having a nice stay for our guests and apply the same standards to our unit as we appreciate when we travel, which we do often.
