When asked about the attractions of Split, you'll hear people say Old Town, Adriatic Sea & beautiful beaches, good food & clubs, Poljud & Marjan Hill... Our 3 bedroom apartment in Spinut is in the midst of it all.
The apartment is situated on the northern side of the park-forest Marjan in a nice neighborhood (Spinut) where everything you need is within walking distance.
The town center is 1 km away (approx. 15 minutes on foot) while the closest beach is just 100 m away (approx. 5 minutes on foot). It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the Poljud Stadium.
There's a small grocery store 2 minutes on foot from the apartment, as well as Lidl and Tommy, both approx. 7 minutes away, again on foot.
For those of you interested in the local & international cuisine, you can choose between nice restaurants at the nearby marina (aka Lučica), excellent pizza at Velo Misto No. 1, and variety of delicious cakes in Procaffe. And the best part is, everything is within walking distance.
As you can see from the pictures, it's an air conditioned three bedroom apartment (where the living room turns into the 3rd bedroom) with a small kitchen and bathroom. It comfortably fits 7 people.
You can also use the outside area (aka patio), have a BBQ or simply relax in the shade.
Interaction with guests
Here is what we can offer you:
- 'Welcome to Split' schnapps

Other things to note
** For those of you who travel in large groups, we also rent another (smaller) apartment located right by this one, and run by my brother.
Please note that a damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
One more thing, please turn off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment. Save the Planet!
Andela here. Ready to make your stay in Split an unforgettable one.
I took over from my dad (Branko), and am ready to be as good as he was when dealing with guests.
Five things I can't live without? Hm..that's a tricky one. I'd say good food, water, people with a positive attitude, and long distance motorcycle trips with my husband, not necessarily in that order. I guess I got 4 :)
As for my life motto, I'll go with 'Nihil agenti dies longus est'.
Hope to hear from you soon!
