A large gourmet kitchen and dining room that seats 17+ make entertaining a pleasure!
As for sleeping accommodations, there are 5 bedrooms in all. 3 bedrooms have two pillow top queen beds each (sleeping 12), a 4th bedroom has one queen pillow top (sleeping 2), and the 5th bedroom has a twin bunk bed over top a queen sized futon (sleeping 3). Additionally, a single cot is available upon request.
Two of the bedrooms have attached baths, one with an oversized in floor heated tile shower with dual shower heads, the second with a standard sized shower. The third bathroom is near the 3rd bedroom and has a tub/shower combo.
The fourth full bath is in the back side of the house accessible easily accessed by the 4th and 5th bedrooms. It has both an oversized walk in shower, and a traditional tub.
The bedrooms are all spacious and two (the largest and the two on the side of the home with the least access to the cool Adirondack mountain breezes, have air conditioning units (a rarity in the Adirondacks, and not often needed, but available, nevertheless).
Both living rooms are fantastic, one in the front of the house and one in the rear of the house. One large and spacious, the other quaint and cozy. Both with cable HGTV and electric fireplaces.
There is a gas grill, and picnic table in the side yard, as well as a wood burning firepit for your enjoyment. Or, on the sun rise side of the home, a screened in side porch with seating....a nice place for morning coffee or tea.
It is such a nice property, and so conveniently located! Just perfect...
Access is gained by entering a code to unlock front door. Code given to renters when reservation confirmed. Use of gas grill and gas fire pit in summer months. Plenty of parking. Side screened in porch with seating. Side yard. Use of Washer/Dryer for stays of 6 days or longer.
Interaction with guests
Owners on property every day, so available if and when needed.

Rates vary dependent upon Season, Special Event Weeks & Number of Guests. Ideal occupancy is 16 guests, so there is a surcharge per guest per night for additional guests. Refundable Damage Deposit is Required. Owner retains right to modify rates and conditions at any time for any reason.
