My holiday home is close to the village center of Den Burg and 10 minutes by car from the beach. The sheep ticket has a cozy appearance and is simply furnished i.e. no washing machine, dishwasher or sauna, and certainly no jacuzzi haha! A good stove, a nice sofa and good beds.
My room is particularly suitable for 2 people.
During the holiday periods you can only rent per week. And also important: you can bring your dog, extra costs are 15 euros per booking.

The space
My cottage is located in an old, renovated sheep penny. It is a nice space for 2 people. Everything is on the same floor. There is the living room with TV (with Netflix), kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom with two single beds, 80x200 cm.
The kitchen has both a coffee maker and a senseo. A tiny oven + microwave oven is provided. There is a kitchen towel and towel and kitchen towel, as well as detergent and hand soap.
The bathroom consists of spacious shower, toilet and sink.
The bedroom is also located on the first floor. Here are two single beds that are clinched together, 80x200 cm.
The bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor.
In the winter months it is nice to bring a pair of warm slippers.
An enclosed south facing terrace is convenient if you bring a dog.
In addition to the sheep penny is a small park for the first need in the morning for your dog. (do clean up haha).

During your stay

Two years ago Texel was included in the Lonely Planet because it has such a special nature. The island is therefore easy to cycle with many kilometers of cycle paths. White sandy beaches along the entire North Sea coast with many atmospheric beach pavilions that are open all year round.
If you are on the boat, there are several holiday newspapers in the salon, free to bring.
