About this listing

Our place is less than a half-mile to the U of A and many bus lines, and it is less than a mile to Downtown Tucson, nightlife, and the new light rail. You’ll love our place because it has a full kitchen, with all the pots, pans, and implements you'll need to cook meals.

The space

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house as well as the front and back porches and yards. There is on street parking in front with a parking pass that we will give you. If you require off street parking, please make an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Interaction with guests

We live right next door, and one of us is available throughout the day if you have any questions, need directions, or information about the area. We've stocked the kitchen with cooking implements, and we encourage you to cook. If you can't find something you need, let us know and we'll be happy to lend you an apple corer, citrus zester, rolling pin, etc.

Other things to note

We're also happy to recommend things to do, places to eat, and if we're free, a walking tour of the area.

This is a really great place. It's our second time using airbnb in Tucson, and unlike the last place that seemed smaller than the pictures would suggest, this place was actually quite spacious. Well appointed kitchen, good location near downtown, very clean and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when we are in town.

This is a very nice rental about 4 blocks from U of A. I was in town for a conference and to make a presentation. Jeff and David are very social and attentive. They communicated extensively before and during my visit. They spent time talking about the local neighborhoods and nightlife for my free night. The house is well appointed, clean and they had all the necessities to make a little home away from home possible. The unit is very convienent to some Tucson nightlife and the university.

Thanks for being a lovely host! It was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of everything we needed (university, restaurants, shops, etc), and all very well executed. The home was well equipped and comfortable, and everything was very easy to use/find. The hosts were accommodating with our late check-in due to a flight change and were extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We were sorry to work so much and not stay longer or spend more time with the hosts, who seemed very friendly and fun. I hope to find this airbnb again when coming to Tucson!

Recently stayed at this Pie Allen house with my son and another father/son friend for orientation at UA. The neighborhood was a cool historic part of Tucson with close walking distance to UA campus. Jeff & David were very attentive hosts and even brought us fresh baked cookies upon arrival! The house was very clean and comfortable and easily accommodated us with room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. The 3 bedroom home gave the two adults king beds and our college aged boys twin beds in the master. This house would also be good for our family of 5. Very centrally located with walk to UA campus and a short ride to downtown Tucson (which is very cool). We would definitely stay here again and plan to come back on future visits to UA. Thanks Jeff & David.
