This was my wife and i last stay for 2 night in Bali of our honeymoon. Been to Ubud, staying in a amazing villa there. After that we have been to Nusa Lembongan, at a lovely resort. Then we arrived with a taxi at a big reception. My wife and i thought we booked a villa, so we thought we were at the wrong place. But no. Being quite suprised about that, we were taken to the villa by a kind of golfcar. We noticed it was a big resort like style with a lot of villas next to eachother. Arrived at the villa the front door looked like it needes replacement. Then we entered the garden of the villa, and it looked empty, not maintained, old, really not inviting. I inmediatly got a depressed feeling about the place. Inside it did look spacious, but it looked old and the paint was coming of the walls, bathroom very dirty. Airco was not working. The staffmember asked us if we would like another villa. We said yes, hoping it would be much better. But no. After that we checked another one. Still the same. My wife and i decided we didnt want to stay, and contacted Aryasa. We had great communication through out the whole booking and when we told him we were gonna leave the villa and book a resort in nusa dua, he came and meet us the next day to give us 50% of our money back. They really need to mention the villa is part of a villa resort and upgrade their villas. Untill that i would not recommend this.

My girlfriend and I booked our vacation here for 5 nights, I have mixed feelings about the resort and villa. Aryasa was a fine host and a pleasure to deal with, he even arranged for us to be picked up at the airport which was a welcome relief. After a little trouble trying to find our driver we were off to our accomodation. The rooms were very nicely sized and the service from the front desk was great, the Balinese people truly are lovely. Unfortunately the room did not match the service, our room seemed quite tired and worn out, the shower was difficult to use and seemed cheaply made. The toilet was similar, the unit was one of those fancy Japanese toilets but none of the features worked, the toilet roll holder wasn't bolted onto the wall properly and the paper roll kept falling on the ground. Aryasa also gave us a number to dial on the phone if we needed assistance, the DVD player didn't work (no remote) so I called up reception and no one picked up, I had to walk to reception and ask if we could get it fixed, the girl was lovely and said no problems. We waited in our room and no one ended up coming, we asked again the next night and a man came an hour later, thankfully we got it all fixed eventually. The pool in our villa was lovely, a great way to refresh ourselves! the gardens are cared for with great detail but there was a lot of paint falling off the walls, it seems like they don't care for the appearance of their walls at all. Wi-Fi barely worked, the bandwidth was so slow that it took a long time to load even the most basic website, Aryasa said we could come to the lobby to use the wifi if there were any issues but unfortunately this didn't fix anything, I had to tether my mobile phone to my laptop to finish some business during my stay. The hotel also organised scooter hire for us which was great but not very competitively priced (still very cheap but expensive for a scooter by bali standards) it is usually (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Rupiah per day but we were charged 100,000 Rupiah per day. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location as you would be able to find something much nicer for the price we paid ($150aud per night)

Great service, breakfast provided. You need a motor bike or any other transportation to access the town from the villa.

Väldigt bra boedne som ligger lite avskilt med avstånd från stränderna. Hög standard på såväl personal som kvallité. Rekommenderas starkt!
