The Suite is Quaint and Efficient! One room with a Bathroom and Closet. Approx 120sqft total. Great for a business traveler or a couple. There are 2 beds however the trundle is best for a family with a small child. There is a nice shared yard and patio area. The Suite is private, but is attached to the main house. The home is on a quiet residential street, yet still close to Downtown Campbell, Downtown Willow Glen, the 880 and 280 freeways, and about 10-15 minutes to the airport.
Guests have exclusive access to the Suite and 1 assigned parking space. The large back yard/ patio is shared space and the laundry facilities are shared as well.
Interaction with guests
I am accessible by phone, text and email. I send out a check in video and the door has a coded lock so guests check themselves in and out. Unless there is an emergency, don't expect to see me.
Other things to note
There are more than one Airbnb unit on this property. You have exclusive use of the unit but the yard, driveway and laundry facilities are shared- contact me before booking if you have any questions.

If you plan to bring more than 1 car: Do not park on the street, we love our neighbors and want them to love us too- the street has limited parking, please park in your designated off street parking space.
General House Rules:
- No shoes in the house please.
- Please be careful to not let water sit/run on the floor in the bathroom.
- No parties please (they won't fit)
- Property is Non-smoking (this includes the patio, if you must smoke please go to the curb)
- Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors.
- Quiet Hours Between 8pm-8am- this includes loud TV's, loud conversations (if someone is on the other side of the wall and can hear everything you're saying/listening to, its too loud), loud children.
Unit is rented for lodging purposes only, no gathering allowed (without prior arrangement). Only guests in the original reservations are allowed in the premises, no extra guest, no day/night visitors.
Check in time is after 3pm (no early check in without prior arrangement).
Check out time is before 11am (no late check out without prior arrangement).
No moving of or bringing in outside furniture.
Please do not use our address to receive mail/packages. They will be returned to sender.
SECURITY CAMERAS – Guests understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the apartment
ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Owner or Owner’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Owner may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Owner or Owner’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency. If Guest abandons or vacates premises, Owner may, at this option, terminate this agreement, re-enter the premises and remove all Guest's property.
Arbitration. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this rental contract are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
