Great for quick and simple stay at a tiny unit in Lake Tekapo!
The private guest room (29sq) which is completely separated by a wall and a locked door from owner's space with own entrance, a bed room, a living room, a bathroom and kitchenette. No kitchen!
The space is allowed staying up to 2ppl. Not acceptable staying with small kids. We provide a room with a king-size bed.
The space
We use the part of our house for the guest room. Guests can access only accommodation area. Please see the photo of house plan.
We are family with small children next to the guest room. The kind of “background music “ by our kids might get disturbed you. But you could keep your privacy as the guest room is a perfect own space with own entrance. There is a locked door between guests and owners. No shared space with house owner.
Guest access
We recommend all guests to come by car as it's a bit hard to come up from the bus stop with big luggages. Please let us know in advance if you need a lift as we have transport service. (One way $5)
Car park: No private parking on site. We ask all guests to park at the public street in front of the guest house with guest’s responsibilities. We haven't got any problems so far.

* Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk Powder
* Towels, Linen
* Microwave,Toaster, Kettle, Mini fridge
But NO KITCHEN and No laundry.
Your reservation may be cancelled with a penalty fee if you arrive with additional persons. No visitors.
