The newly renovated modern and traditional apartment is perfectly located for beaches, sea front, public transport, parks, town centre, shopping centre, sea, surf, swimming pool, everything is close by and accessible. It has great views with a light and spacious lounge, Large bedroom, functional bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Perfect for couples, adventurers, families, weekenders, holidays, events, beach, watersports, golf, cycling, walkers and anyone looking for a great apartment and break.

The space

The lounge has bright windows looking onto griffin park with a single bed, there is a flat screen TV and central heating as well as wardrodes and hanging space.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, small freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, fitted cupboards, breakfast bar, stools and cooking utensils.
The large bedroom has a kingsized bed with full wardrobe and cupboard space.
The bathroom has a power shower, toilet and sink unit and links onto the bedroom

Guest access

There is ample free day long parking at the rear of the premises on Northways Road or adjacent to the apartment by Griffin Park. Access is through the front door off the main road, then up stairs with handrail to the first floor door entrance. There is ample free parking adjacent to the apartment or at the rear on Northways Road

Interaction with guests

The apartment is situated by a water sports and beautician facility, all guests will receive 50% reduction for all water sports hire equipment including surf boards, body boards, wet suits, kayaks, paddle boards and all accessories and equipment as well as the chance to partake in Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Coasteering, Surfing, Kayaking, paddle boarding at a reduced cost. The facility can also be used for sporting equipment storage if supply your own equipment.
Guest will also receive 20% reduction for massage and beauty treatments.

The property and location is perfect for all types of vacation including, beach holidays, family vacations, couples breaks, activity breaks, watersports, golf breaks, surfing, kayaking etc.

What a stay.. great easy check in, everything was provided and the place was spotless... can't wait to stay here next time on my travels. Close to local amenities and local pub more or less 4 doors down. Wi-fi was spot on and the entertainment in the apartment same. Thanks again and until next time

Lee's instructions were 100% accurate. The apartment has everything you need (including towels) and is conveniently located for shops, takeaways and pubs/clubs (lovely welcome at the Porthcawl Servicemens Club), with a beautiful view of the park and sea in the distance. We enjoyed a lovely meal at The Rock and I even joined the Porthcawl Parkrun on the Saturday morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you for being a great host Lee.

It was great staying in Lee's flat . We had plenty of room to stretch out in, which was really nice. The flat is close to restaurants and the beach. It has a great feeling when you walk in. Check in and check out was a breeze. There's a bit of noise at night if you had someone in the front room, but the back bedroom is quiet. Would definitely refer.

Lee's place was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want and clear instructions on how everything in the apartment worked. I was staying for business so enjoyed the comfy bed and homeliness but for anyone visiting the area for pleasure, the apartment in a stones throw from the beach, the town centre and easy access out to the surrounding areas.

The apartment was great. Was big, very clean & modern. Very comfy bed. The location is amazing right next to everything, you can walk to all the main things in the area. Lee was a amazing host, great communication and knows all the best places to go around the area. I highly recommend staying here. I am looking forward to coming back & staying again :-)
