There is ample free day long parking at the rear of the premises on Northways Road or adjacent to the apartment by Griffin Park. Access is through the front door off the main road, then up stairs with handrail to the first floor door entrance. There is ample free parking adjacent to the apartment or at the rear on Northways Road
Interaction with guests
The apartment is situated by a water sports and beautician facility, all guests will receive 50% reduction for all water sports hire equipment including surf boards, body boards, wet suits, kayaks, paddle boards and all accessories and equipment as well as the chance to partake in Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Coasteering, Surfing, Kayaking, paddle boarding at a reduced cost. The facility can also be used for sporting equipment storage if supply your own equipment.
Guest will also receive 20% reduction for massage and beauty treatments.

The property and location is perfect for all types of vacation including, beach holidays, family vacations, couples breaks, activity breaks, watersports, golf breaks, surfing, kayaking etc.
The apartment is situated directly in front of the sea front and right next to Porthcawl town with full access to all amenities and facilities.
Please consider there is a maximum of three adults or Two adults and two children allowed to stay at the premises and the details of all the members staying are to be stated before arrival , no other persons are allowed at the premises unless authorised due to the building safety regulation. Also any equipment such as bikes, surf boards, wet suits, kite boards, sporting equipment etc must not be taken or stored on the premises, we have storage facilities at the rear of the building for equipment, water sports and sports gear, again this is due to insurance, safety and fire regulations of the premises.
