Sue is an absolute delight. She is as warm and welcoming as you could hope for. Her house felt like home- it was comfortable and lovely, and within 2 minutes of entering you will be offered a cup of tea. She cares about her lodgers, and is always happy for a chat. We had many wonderful conversations, and overall everything was simply perfect. If only there was higher than 5 stars. The area is quiet and safe- a ten minute walk from the train station, if you're a fast walker.

Sue was pleasant and polite, throughout my passing through for one night; very helpful in that I needed some washing of my clothes done as I have been traveling from a distance. The kitchen had all of the things that you needed; a multitude of vibrational gadgets to bake a cake or cook up a hearty stew. The breakfast is a touch and you get good coffee and fresh orange juice. The shower was delightful and spacious enough to swing a couple of confused cats inside. The bed in the room was comfy and with its metal bars there is no chance of rolling off the edge. In summarisation; very safe!

Response from Sue:
I have hosted students and travellers for 9 years so although I may be a newbie to Airbnb I am experienced at having guests to stay!! I am definitely not reserved or closed off just cautious and found Mark quite cocky and arrogant which my female guest found also !! I have a lot in common with my female guest as she is also a teacher so we do get on really well, I am certainly not biased towards females. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN EXCELLENT RAPPORT WITH BOTH MALE AND FEMALE GUESTS AND THIS IS THE FIRST OCCASSION I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BAD REVIEW. I am upset by the review because I bent over backwards for Mark even washing his clothes at 9 o'clock at night in order for them to be dry for him to travel today. How insulting to say I use chit chat very rude comment and at the end of the day you were a guest in my home I feel very angry about this unfair review! I am happy to receive any constructive criticism but I find Marks comments rude and condescending much like Mark himself.
