Our 1884 Italianate Victorian is in the Alphabet Historic District, in the heart of the lively & livable Northwest Portland neighborhood, near Portland's active Downtown and the Pearl District. Walk everywhere! Great grocery shopping within walking distance (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer); countless restaurants, pubs, and bars; and excellent public transit including a MAX station allowing direct service to the Airport. Good for couples, business travelers, and families with kids.
Because it is architect-owned, the home has many carefully designed features such as built-in bookshelves & lighting in the living room, classic fireplace mantel, granite kitchen counters with overhead accent lighting. The home is filled with art, much of it by Pacific Northwest artists.
Guests will have access to all parts of the 3-level home and outdoor terrace with planting beds.
