Look no further, you have found the ideal destination for your weekend festival getaway!

Located directly across the street from festival parking, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in the quiet, gated community of Anastacia. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the festival grounds and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores, you have everything you need within a 5 minute drive.

The space

You'll love our place because Casa de Whitten is only a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) to the Empire Polo Grounds, home to many festivals and events including Desert Trip, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and Stagecoach!

We want our guests to feel at home during their stay, have fun, and enjoy the sights and attractions the Coachella Valley has to offer.

Up to six guests can enjoy the comforts and amenities of our home. All the bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor. The master bathroom includes a stand up shower with oversized shower head and a separate soaking tub to relax and unwind in after a long day.

Guest access

We want our guests to feel like they're at home when staying at our place, so we allow guests use of the entire home and yard with only a few exceptions.

- Guests will not have access to various closets throughout the home, but there is ample space for luggage and drawers for clothing items.

- Guests will not have access to the garage area of the home. Our home has a two-car driveway and their are also guest parking spaces within the community as well, if needed.

Guests will be provided with a front door access code upon booking.

Interaction with guests

We will personally greet you at check-in to perform a walk through of the home, show you around, issue a gate key (if needed) and answer any additional questions that you may have.

Other things to note

The City of Indio requires operators of short-term vacation rental homes to collect a copy of the primary Guest's government-issued photo identification and to have a written lease agreement signed by both the primary Guest and operator. By requesting to book, you understand and agree to the above requirements.

The following rules are included on written lease agreeement.

1.Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use is allowed outside only. Guests are to use provided ashtrays for disposal of tobacco waste (e.g. cigarette butts, cigar butts, etc.).

2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. If occupancy limit is exceeded, a charge of $300 per person, per night will be assessed.

3.Guests will not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Parties are not allowed.

4.The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please be respectful of our home.

6.Appliances are to be used only for their original, intended purpose.

7.Pets are NOT allowed.

8.Parking is limited to TWO (2) vehicles.  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels if you intend on using the community pool. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

10.Guests are permitted to use the in-home clothes washer and dryer for clothing items, sheets, and towels only. Guests do so at their own risk. Any damage to clothing items placed in washer or dryer are solely the responsibility of the guest. Homeowners will not be held liable for damaged items.

11.Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located on the south side of the house. We encourage guests to recycle.

12.The fireplace is a non-vented natural gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.

13.DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to $1,750.

14.Guests can use the outdoor firepit at their own risk. The firepit uses regular firewood that can be purchased at any grocery store. All surfaces of the firepit are extremely hot while it is in use and after use. Any injuries resulting from the use of the firepit are solely the responsibility of guests. Guests are to use firepit in a responsible manner and are not to leave firepit unattended while in use. Firepit is for outdoor use only.

15.Guests can use propane barbeque, if desired, at their own risk. All surfaces of the barbecue should be considered as extremely hot while it is in use and after use. Any injuries resulting from the use of the barbeque are solely the responsibility of guests. Instructions are printed on front of barbeque for proper use. Please turn off propane tank when not in use. Please scrape grill grates clean using provided scraper after use. Barbeque is for outdoor use only.

16.Internet and Wi-Fi access is provided to guests staying at Casa de Whitten as part of the amenities included with your stay. We do not, however, guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor, restrictions from personal computers, or other factors may lead to interruption of internet service. In the event the internet service is inoperable, we will do our best to troubleshoot over the phone, but if further assistance is needed the guest will be responsible for contacting the internet provider. No refunds will be given due to the loss of internet service. If a guest does access any internet content during your stay you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that any accessed material does not violate laws regarding copyright, trademarks, pornography or any material deemed slanderous, defamatory or offensive.

17.One (1) Perimeter Resident Access Pass will be issued to Guest upon arrival to property. Pass is to be displayed at all times on dashboard or hanging from mirror of Guest’s vehicle. All rules outlined on pass are to be followed at all times. Pass is to be left in property upon checkout. Failure to return pass will result in a $25 replacement fee that will be deducted from security deposit.

18. No candles, incense, or similar items are to be used within the home.
