There are big skylights in the kitchen and bathroom which has made the house very bright. All furniture, mattresses, TV, kitchen appliances ,.. are high end and brand new.
Location is ideal for new comers. 15 minutes walk to the Yonge street which has all the major banks, government offices, shops, restaurants and etc.
Steps to bus route connecting to Yonge subway. Minutes to the major highways.
Other things to note
There is a high tech TV, TV cable and receiver with 900 channels and PVR capability. Also an unlimited high speed WiFi internet.
The house is attached to an in-law suite with a door in between which is locked from both sides to have the privacy for both parties.

Please abide by the following house rules to help us ensure a premium quality suite, and to ensure you receive your security deposit back:
-QUIET TIME: 11PM to 8AM -- STRICTLY ENFORCED
-CHECKOUT TIME: 11AM sharp, as cleaners arrive
-No shoes while inside suite
-No food/drink in bedroom
-No parties, or outside guests permitted, day or night
-No Smoking, ANY SUBSTANCES, on premises
-No illegal activity, of any kind, on premises
-ABSOLUTELY NO ILLICIT DRUGS on premises
-Leave lights / AC off when you leave suite each day
-CLOSE WINDOWS/DOORS, when away (weather can damage floors/ furniture)
-No use of back yard is allowed by guests due to privacy
-At checkout: Ensure all used dishes & housewares are left clean
-At checkout: Dispose ALL Garbage / empty refrigerator. Garbage bins available in the back yard. Green bin is for food, blue bin is for recycles. Garbage pickup day is on Tuesdays morning. Please make sure the green bin is locked properly to avoid animals attack.
-KEYS **$250 replacement fee for each set of lost, stolen or delayed-returned keys/fobs.
- NOISE: There are other people living in the other side of the house and there should not be disturbance to others, as well as neighbors. We want everyone feel comfortable. Strict quiet hours are enforced 11 pm to 8 am.
***Be very mindful of your noise levels when checking in, entering/ leaving the house and at checkout.
-Some neighbors are not comfortable with Airbnb / short term stays. As such, please keep discretion and refrain from publicizing your Airbnb reservation to avoid 'ruffling features'.
-If there is any issue/damage done not by you, please let us know in the first day of your check in otherwise for any damage, you will be in charge.
-We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
-The water/ electricity/ internet is shared by everyone. Please use them responsibly.
-On occasion, entry into the suite is required for maintenance, service and suite-viewing purposes. 4 hour notice will be provided to our guests.
-The pick time for electricity is from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm weekdays. For weekend and holidays there is no restrictions. I appreciate if you take that into consideration to do laundry, dishwasher and vacuum.
Towels / Linens / Supplies:
-At the time of check in, you will be provided with clean towels and linens. It is the responsibility of the guest to put them in the laundry located in the basement, at checkout.
-The consumables (such as the toilet paper and cleaning supplies) will be provided before you check in -- enough to start you off (not necessarily enough for entire and longer stays).
-The house is intended for the use of registered guest(s) only. Failure to report unregistered guests will result in additional fees.
The guest(s) undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
