Nice apartment really near to beach and night life. Little disadvantage of that is that there are quite noise at night. Otherwise apartment has everything you need for short staying in Israel.

Fabian was a great host and while I didn't get to meet him the apartment is good for people who want to stay near the beach in a lively, central neighborhood. It was was perfect for what we were looking for. Thank you!

Great budget option in the centre of Tel-Aviv. The flat is basic and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is very central, communication and check-in were very friendly and easy. Would definitely come again.

Response from Fabian:
I am really sorry to hear that you did not have a good time. I see how the hallway can make you feel unsafe because the entrance is from the back. Please know that I have never had any problems there and that - unfortunately - many hallways in Israel look like this, because there is not sufficient care for shared hallways. About the noise: Although it sincerely never bothers me, be aware that you live in the hectic city center of Tel Aviv and it will be never absolutely quiet in any place here.
