This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located at the Ironwood in Blueberry Estates. This condo features open space living room and is nicely furnished. The complex has a outdoor heated pool and hot tub, & free secure underground parking.
In the master bedroom we have a king size bed that has a en suite bathroom and in the second bedroom we have also a king size bed that also could be 2 singles.
The Ironwood complex is only a few minutes drive to the Whistler Village Gondola. It is also within walking distance and takes roughly 15 minutes to walk to the Whistler Village. Also the bus stop is right out front of the building and runs every 30 minutes from 7am to 1am. Ironwood backs onto the Whistler Golf course which is always nice to walk around in summer or winter. Guests have access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a comfortable pull out couch. The unit can sleep a maximum of 6 guests but 4 guests is preferred. Ideally we like a mix of mature couples. We do not allow extra guests so the maximum we can have at this unit is 6 people.
On arrival you will be issued with 2 sets of keys. These will allow you access to the secure underground parking area, pool deck and unit.
Guests have access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub and we ask that you follow the pool guide lines and adhere to the times that it is open.

Blueberry Estates is a very sort out area to stay in Whistler. Guests love the views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from pool deck. Also the Ironwood backs onto the Whistler golf course. With the bus stop being right out front and it being a short distance walk to the village this unit is conveniently located.
There are several options to get from the airport to Whistler.
1) Perimeter bus lines
2) Greyhound bus lines
When contacting us with a booking inquiry please remember to include some details about yourself and the other members in your group. For example: your age and where you are from, are you couples or singles, are you smokers or non smokers and any other details that you would like to include. This helps speed up the reservation process.

This unit at the Ironwood is our home for special friends & family so we hope you respect & enjoy the place as we do.
Maximum number of Guests is (6) Six (We prefer 4 guests)
* All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay in this unit. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents (aged 25 years or more).
* We live nearby by and can accommodate late night check in.
* Your unique Door Access Code coupled with check-in instructions and driving directions will be sent to you via Airbnb Message system approx 1 week prior to your checkin date.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit.
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. (Fines apply)
* The security deposit & age policy are not negotiable.
Please be responsible when you are staying at the unit. Please follow the building guidelines with regards to using the pool and hot tub. Also there is no smoking anywhere at this property. Please be respectful to other guests when you are inside the unit and in common areas with regards to noise levels.
From Dec 22, 2017 - Jan 06, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
