Liz's place was a perfect location to check out all that Chapel Hill has to offer while still being able to retreat back to a quiet, scenic neighborhood at the end of the day. Having access to via a network of trails was a huge plus for the pup and myself!

Liz's place is very clean and comfortable and Liz was a great host. It is not a whole place, but rather a suite at one end of the house. It is not as spacious as in the photos because those photos are taken without the bed in the room and there are several other pieces of furniture not pictured as well. There is no lack of comfy seating. The location is very convenient and, in general, quiet. I would recommend for early risers, joggers, golfers etc. I jogged from the house to and through the botanical garden and the Finley golf course one morning and it was lovely. Although it is off a major road, you can't hear the highway and it feels like you are in the back woods somewhere. The room is off the kitchen, so if you are a light sleeper and looking to sleep in, I would not recommend as the family was in the kitchen early in the morning - there are kids being normal kids - and the sound travels very well from the kitchen into the suite. It's basically like being in the same room, the sound is that crisp and clear. My partner slept right through it both mornings that the family was in and I wake up with the sun so it wasn't really a problem for us. Also, there are no curtains to block out the light, which also cuts down on the private feeling of the place, particularly if you are not traveling solo.

Such a charming place! We absolutely adored our stay and Liz was an excellent host...quick with communication and she even left the lights on for our us in preparation of our night time arrival. The location is ideal as well...beautiful neighborhood close to campus and town.

Liz's place is perfect for a visit to Chapel Hill. My husband and I were comfortable there, as was our small dog Charlie. Liz's studio apt. style space was a good size for two and was well stocked with kitchen amenities. Her wooded backyard was beautiful and Charlie loved it! The location was a perfect combination of seclusion and convenience to Chapel Hill. It was a short car ride to campus and Chapel Hill/Carrboro. We didn't actually get to meet Liz but she was very easy to communicate with and very considerate of our comfort and needs. Thanks again Liz for a great visit!

The location was really excellent for us! Very close drive to grocery stores and either a nice walk (20-30 min) to UNC CH or a very short drive. We had a small dog with us and really enjoyed walking on the trails that connect to the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen area is small but has basic amenities that were helpful to have. We were renting the in-law space while another family was renting the main house and could hear them occasionally, but this was not a major issue. Overall, the neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

Lovely neighborhood location. Perfect for walking dogs day and night. This neighborhood is convenient to "key" locations in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. This space has excellent natural light.

Great location, comfortable - away from the hustle and bustle but just close enough - perfect for a single traveler or couple. I would definitely book with Liz anytime!
