For a weekend it's probably ok but it's a tiny cramped room suitable for one, as it's not really a bedroom. It's a converted study which can fit a bed jammed up against the wall, so no bedside table and you can't open the wardrobe properly. Although the hosts are very nice people I wasn't offered breakfast unless I provided my own. It was my understanding that B and B means bed and breakfast. Linen wasn't changed often enough if you're there longer than a weekend.

Response from Sabrina:
We are sorry to hear that there were some things that we could have done better. It would have been easy to address if it had been communicated to us - which didnt happen at all. The room size is described in the listing. Please note that air bnb clearly lists whether breakfast is inlcluded or not for each listen when you book. On our listing we state that breakfast is is not inlcuded. I recommend to read the detailed description of the space as we make every effort to provide as much information as possible.

This house is well situated for exploring the area. We went up to Capertee and the Blue Mountain Botanic Gardens while staying here. Our hosts let us stay in their home while they were away and it was a clean and comfortable experience. The house is in a residential street and as advertised.

Sabrina and Justin were both extremely welcoming and appeared very relaxed sharing their sanctuary. The room was comfortable in a very peaceful location and a lovely garden. They provided me shelf space in their fridge and cupboard and were very insightful as to my needs. useful tips for eating out were provided. Would definitly revisit as apart from the delightful hosts it was good value for money

Sabrina and Justin are great hosts, very welcoming and easy to get along with. The room is comfortable, clean and well lit. It's a very quiet neighbourhood, great for getting a good nights sleep after a day of hiking. They have loads of information prepared about the area plus their local knowledge and offered great suggestions for hikes and places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

Even though I didn’t end up staying there, and I stayed with my friend instead, the place was lovely and Sabrina communicated really well. I met Justin and we had a nice chat for a while. If I go back to Blackheath, I’ll definitely go there again. Jibak

Couldn't have asked for a more ideal airbnb experience for a week in the Blue Mts. Quiet and peaceful location and house, the room is spacious enough and full of light, very comfortable bed. Sabrina and Justin were excellent hosts; warm and respectful - it was a real pleasure to feel so at home in someone else's space and I'd love to return in a year or so for another visit.
