Beautiful Panoramic View. Large enough space for big groups. The National Bird, Cocorico livens the place in the day. Kitchen is equipped for any culture and style of cooking and the living area also has access to 180 view of the Caribbean Ocean. Beautiful home where you really can feel at home and safe with the family. Carlon was responsive at any time we needed him and was very accommodating. Only one thing, The pool requires a little updating where some repainting around it is needed and the deck has some loose parts that can be dangerous. And although Tobago is on a water schedule maybe some more water tanks are needed. Water is vital when on vacation, that can disrupt your vacation with disturbed/mixed feelings. Nevertheless, this place is beautiful and worth every dime!

It is very nice and secluded. On the other side of the island Tobago. At night it is very dark and the getting there at night is a little difficult. Otherwise great views, adventurous trail leading to the ocean where u can see many creatures.

The villa is spectacular. Breathtaking views, pool table, pool, comfy beds, I really did enjoy every minute. Please note, the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but worth the trip. Also it's on a bit of a remote location, which is exactly what we wanted. There is a super interesting trail that leads to the water, there is a bit of climbing involved. Overall we had a wonderful time and recommend highly.

Went for my golden bday weekend and it was more or less exactly like the pictures which was great. It was a really nice stay. Had so many plans to leave the house to do another things but when I got there, all the plans went out the window and stayed there the entire weekend instead.

Great space! Awesome views! A bit remote, but if you go to relax, this is the perfect place. Just buy what you need in town, and you don't have to leave. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking all meals.

Beautiful location! Can't beat the view, amazing sunsets. Very responsive and helpful house manager, Carlon. Only thing keeping me from a five star review is that the furnishings are a bit outdated. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great value.

Greetings! Mot Mot Lodge was fantastic for our weekend getaway. Amazing view. Well manicured landscape. Cozy and spacious accommodations. Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The house and pool are kept in wonderful condition. We liked that it was away from everything. We ended up having so much fun in our own little world. Carlon, the caretaker, was also very attentive and checked in with us prior to and during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. P.S. The driveway is a bit steep. If you have a tiny car full of people like we did it's easier to park at the gate and walk down to the house. A small price to pay for such a hidden gem!
