My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the view, the coziness, the kitchen, and the high ceilings.

Inside, the vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood plank walls, and cozy furnishings give the home its rustic charm, which creates a terrific environment for your mountain vacation. All the amenities you need to feel at home are here as well, including wireless internet access and in-unit laundry machines for your convenience.

The moment you arrive, you’ll immediately feel at ease in this tranquil setting. The house is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, so you’re sure to enjoy plenty of peace and privacy here.

Guest access

Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the large front deck with built-in seating for all your guests. Downstairs living is open to both the dining nook and kitchen making the floor plan ideal for family gatherings.

Interaction with guests

-A text or email message is often sent to guests upon arrival to confirm needs are met and to answer any questions as guests are settling in.
-Host is available 24-7 via phone, text, or email throughout the process from inquiry to departure.
Remember, renting a home is very different than renting a hotel room. Unlike a hotel, there is no front desk, onsite maintenance personnel or onsite cleaning crew. Guests must exercise sound judgement, and read all posted information.

By accepting this reservation, you agree to “Accept and Agree" to the House Rules and Vacation Rental Agreement. A reservation confirmation shall constitute Guest's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement in full and shall cause this Agreement to become immediately effective and binding. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of property from and against any and all loss, claim, liability or damages arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on property by you or your guest or invitees.

If anyone, including nearby caretaker, maintenance staff, neighbors, or police observe any issues or violations, Guest will be evicted immediately. The remainder of the rental along with security deposit will be forfeited and guests may be prosecuted.

HOUSE RULES:
-The MAXIMUM occupancy is 12 persons.
-It is not a party house. No recreational drugs or excessive drinking.
-Up to 2 cars Maximum; parked in the Driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. (Nov 1- May 1: Street Parking is Illegal)
-No Pets or Animals
-Property is to be respected, left clean, and in the same general condition as it existed at check-in. Nothing in the toilet but toilet paper- CLOGS EASILY!
-Report any issues in a timely manner and allow access to the property manager for inspection/maintenance if necessary.
-Noise: Guests shall be respectful of neighbors; keeping the noise to a minimum at all times. Respect Quiet Times: 10pm-8am.
-No subletting of any kind.

Check-In and Check-Out:
-Check-in time is after 4pm and checkout is 11am.
-These times are established to allow the property to be thoroughly cleaned for the next Guest. Please depart on time. If Guest does not depart by 11am on the day of checkout, a penalty of $50 per hour late will be charged and deducted from your Security Deposit. Guests may request a late checkout or early check-in (subject to availability), but this must be done prior to arrival at the property.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Guests are expected to maintain the property during their stay and leave the property in the same general condition as existed prior to rental term.
-Guests are to ensure dishes are cleaned (last load in dishwasher), appliances left clean, perishable food items removed from the refrigerator, and all items and furniture returned to their original location. Stripping the beds will ensure nothing is forgotten!
-Dispose of all perishables and garbage in outside bears proof receptacle(GREEN COLOR). Always lock the door and DO NOT leave the key in the door.
-GARBAGE DAY: Thursday 7am
-You shall leave property tidy and ready to be cleaned for the next Guest. If the property is excessively messy or dirty and additional cleaning is required above and beyond the normal procedures, the cost for additional cleaning will be deducted from your Security Deposit ($50 hour).
-Damages, including stains, and/or loss of inventory will be deducted from Security Deposit.(URL HIDDEN)Upon Departure:
You agree to follow the checkout procedures specified in the guidebook provided to you on property, including without limitation:
-Departing on Time
-Tidying Up
-Removing trash and personal items; placing trash in the bear proof receptacle.
-Shutting off lights and electronics
-Shutting Windows, doors and Gates

Parking:
Parking availability is 2 cars maximum in the driveway. Please note, from November 1st to May 1st, on-street parking is illegal due to snow removal operations and you will be ticketed and/or towed.

Snow Removal:
Snow removal is provided for the property; however, the Host does not control the snow removal operators. When plow trucks are outside, please remove vehicles from the driveway. If cars are left unattended in the driveway, the operator may skip the home, rather than risk damage to the property. Snow shovels are provided with property.

Heat:
For your comfort, please feel free to set the thermostat at a cozy temperature while in the home. When you leave, please set the temperature at 55F.

Allergies:
Although Guest are not allowed to have pets in the home. Please do not assume that the no pet rules means that the home is allergen-free.

Linens/Towels:
-Bed Linens/Blacks and a set of towels for each guest up to the maximum number of guests allowed. Towels for the beach are NOT included. For convenience, the property does have a washer and dryer.

Household Supplies:
-Kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and serving. Cookware and small appliances are sufficient to prepare all but the most elaborate meals. Dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. There is enough hand and bath soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels and trash bags to get started; you might need to purchase more depending on the usage.
-The property is likely to have common staples (salt, pepper, foils, wraps, etc.), Guest might need to replace staples depending on the usage.

Personal Injury/Liability/Indemnification:
The owner shall not be liable for any damage or injury occurring on or about the property premises to the Guest, Guest's family member, or Guest's invitees. The undersigned/Guest, himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases and discharges the Owner of the Property and their agents from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury of whatever nature which has occurred or may occur to the undersigned/Guest, or any of his/her Guest as a result of or in connection with the occupancy of the Property and concerning the rights , duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assigns, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. The Owner is not responsible for damage to the Guest's personal property resulting from fire, storm, rain, flood, power outage, appliance failure, theft, vandalism, leaking fixtures, etc. The Owner will not be liable for negligence or unlawful acts of the Guests.

Belinda is a very responsive, organized and resourceful host. The house is perfectly located and fits 12 people easily. It feels like a home where it is very convenient to cook and spend a nice evening with friends.

Belinda was super responsive. My friends forgot a few things after we checked out. I called her and she let me go back to look for them. The cleaners were already there so the items are being shipped back to us. We did bring our own paper plates, solo cups and plasticware as there wasn't enough for 12 people. Other than that everything was great.

We loved the house and found it looked even better than pictures. The master bed upstairs was very comfy. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Very clean everything in good working order. Only thing slightly odd was lack of kitchen ware: very free glasses and cutlery, we got by so not a huge deal. It was an excellent Airbnb experience for us. Thank you Belinda.

Belinda is a great host, answered all my questions. She responded promptly to my request around possiblitly of checking in a little early. The house was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for a party of 12. We were able to cook meals, hang out, and was not far from the city and stateline at all. Overall great stay.

This home is super cute and tastefully decorated. The location is wonderful in a quiet neighborhood removed from the hustle and bustle of traffic, but close enough to still access town and the beautiful beaches and trails. My only complaint is the description of the kitchen amenities. Plan accordingly if you want to prepare any kind of meals there. Bring your own pots and pans as well as mixing and serving bowls. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with these items, and what was provided was very old and worn. Otherwise, very cute place. Just don't plan on making very elaborate family style meals there.
