BOC is close to the city center, parks, the University of Tennessee and you’ll love the coziness and the location. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
-The BACKYARD is fenced. One must walk dog out side of door, along the side of house and open gate for them. It is not a let the dog out the door and they are in a fenced area...only the back. Some people like it and others don't.
-Also, even though the ad says it, many don't read (URL HIDDEN) bedroom is locked off. Since this is a private residence most of the year, there are some items we keep stored away that our guest don't need.
Interaction with guests
I give my guests plenty of space. Since I travel quite a bit, I may not be around if needed all the time, but can always be contacted. There is always someone that I can reach to take care of any issues if they arise. If you need information on what to do, where to eat, music, etc...I can help with all of that.
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
- PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. The fee ($75) is to cover the special cleaning of house and is payable directly to owner before arrival since AirBnB doesn't list this option in fees.
- If for any reason these rules, plus those listed in guest book in cottage are broken, the guest understands that all fees paid will be non-refundable.
