Stunning Haciende town house set in beautiful gated garden complex with 2 adult, 1 baby pool and secure car parking. Ideal for golfers and families and business people, but please no hen or stag parties. Banus is walking distance with fabulous night life, markets, bars and restaurants for all tastes. Local good value fresh produce supermarkets nearby one of which is open 8am-3am. Very nearby there are a wide variety of bars, restaurants, organic food shops, pharmacists and banks

The space

When you think about holidays you want sun, beach, bars, entertainment, good food and reasonably priced supermarkets and of course great shopping - well we have it all including breathtaking views of mountains.
Enjoy the wonderful aroma of jasmine and the delights of Bird of Paradise flowers within the extensive gardens. Swim in the heated pool or just soak up the sun. Walk to the port and enjoy the ambiance of the super rich with their super cars and yachts. Banus has a fabulous nightlife complimented by the many bars and restaurants.
The spacious apartment is set in a Spanish Haciende style complex. Air conditioning throughout and a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. On the ground floor there is a relaxed seating area with British and Spanish tv, a dining area with interesting war coverings and decorations. A short corridor leads to a downstairs toilet, wardrobe and storage place and stairs to first floor.
First floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has 2 double beds, extensive wardrobe space and 2 veryt spacious bathrooms. The free underground car park has an allocated parking space.

Guest access

The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Interaction with guests

The apartment is managed by our friends Tony and Tracy who live nearby and should be able to resolve any issues, should they arise. There is 24 hour security on the complex, should they ever be needed. We will respond to emails.

Other things to note

Keys for the apartment are held in a small wall key safe by the front door.
Once these have been collected you will have access keys to the underground car parking and to the lower and upper entrances. Contact and useful information ie wifi password will be given to you once the booking has been confirmed.

Sin duda jamás pensé que mis vacaciones se iban a volver una pesadilla.Cuando hice la reserva ponía que el deposito de seguridad eran 92 euros y que los gastos de limpieza iba incluido en el precio del alojamiento. Y aun así mis amigas y yo hemos recogido el ido y tirado la basura a los contenedores.Hemos dejado el piso igual cuando entramos , pero el anfitrión me envio una peticion de 356 euros ,diciendo que el piso estaba tan sucio que ha tenido que pagar a mas gente para limpiar el piso...yo no me lo podia creer si lo habíamos limpiado antes de irnos, y se quejó porque habíamos utilizado sabanas aparte de las que estaban en la cama, teniamos frio y las que estaban en la cama no eran suficiente. Y encima me quiere cobrar 20 euros por una taza rota ... Estoy dispuesta que me quiten del deposito que eran 92 euros, pero las mentiras eso si que no me parece justo.

During their 3 night stay the guests managed to damage a wall and kick in a door - so serious was the damage that the door that it needed replacing. The guest accepted responsibility for the damage and AirBnB have paid me for the repairs. The majority of the 356 euro was to cover damage to the wall and door. The request for 50 euro for additional cleaning was confirmed as necessary by my agent who has been cleaning for us for many years without problems.. Durante su estancia de 3 noches los huéspedes nos las arreglamos para dañar una pared y patear en una puerta - tan grave era el daño que la puerta que necesitaba reemplazar. El huésped aceptó la responsabilidad por el daño y AirBnB me pagó por las reparaciones. La mayoría de los 356 euros fue para cubrir daños a la pared y la puerta. La solicitud de 50 euros para limpieza adicional fue confirmada como necesario por mi agente que ha sido limpieza para nosotros durante muchos años sin problemas
