PARKING available overnight/weekends on Marston Road, OX3 0EE (1 min walk) plus there are 3 hour daytime parking spaces on Cherwell Street. Alternatively local pay car parks available at St. Clements and Thornhill Park & Ride.
This split level apartment consists of: entrance hall with coat hook / shoe rack, well lit stairwell opening into a fully equipped modern kitchen with washer / dryer facilities, sitting room with with large sofa bed, second stairwell leading to landing, contemporary bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bedroom with SUPER king bed, lots of storage & a SMART TV.

Guests have access to all areas of the property. Within the building there is one other apartment (below) which the host also owns & looks after.

The Host lives nearby and therefore is always available via messenger or phone.
Other things to note
Rental rate is inclusive of all utilities and a weekly linen and towel service.
The accommodation is centrally located on a main route into Oxford. Those who would prefer a quieter location would be advised to stay further away from the City Centre.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the conversion we are unable to accommodate wheelchair access and please note the stairwell leading to the main accommodation is of a steep incline and therefore may be restrictive to some.
Please treat the apartment as your home. We kindly ask that you respect that this is someone else's home. We ask that you leave the apartment tidy and as you found it.
Don't forget all of your personal belongings and dispose of any rubbish in the bins to the front gated area (blue bin for everything recyclable / green bin for everything else).
Always leave the property secure using both front door locks and when your stay ends please post all keys back through the letter box by 10am. It is sometimes possible to leave your luggage for the day....please request if required.
