The space

The Ledroit Townhouse is comfortable and a centrally located home for your family or groups. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen bed, one with 2 twin beds. The queen futon in a sitting room allows for up to 8 guests. The full kitchen and 1.5 baths are recently renovated and modern. Additional amenities include a fenced in yard/deck, BBQ, Wifi, laundry facilities, 2 Living rooms (each with TV/Cable). On street parking with permit provided for one car. Note: A 3 night minimum stay is required. Pricing does not include Washington DC Lodging taxes, 14.5% additional or the cleaning fee.

Guests enjoy the entire property. The home is a 2 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms (all on the 2nd floor), Living Room, Sitting Room, Dining area, Modern renovated Kitchen, 1.5 renovated baths, and fenced in yard with deck. We are not able to accommodate pets. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside.

Should you require parking, the owners can obtain an on-street parking permit at no additional charge. On street parking does not guarantee a specific space; however, it is generally not difficult to find a space within a few blocks of the house.

Interaction with guests

The owner is not present, but usually stops by to say hello during your stay. The property is represented by our business partner Vacation Rentals DC. Our staff as well as the owner are available as much or as little as you prefer.

Other things to note

The house occupancy is limited to 8 guests (except infants - we have one Pack-n-Play). Property is restricted to registered guests only. We expect guests to treat the house as you would your own home. This property does charge a $150 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY. As you are renting a home, it is expected that all guests respect the privacy and enjoyment of our neighbors. Free on-street parking with visitor permit provided for 1 vehicle (on-street parking still requires some diligence to be sure you have read the specific parking restrictions on posted signs).

Miyuki's home is well-situated and very clean. Her home is spacious and comfortable. It's easy to get around. It is close to the Smithsonian and the capitol. Miyuki was accessible and accomodating. She was welcoming. She was very thoughtful. She is an awesome host. This was my favorite Airbnb experience. I highly recommend it.

The Ledroit Townhouse was an absolute dream! I used the property for my Graduation cookout to celebrate receiving my Ph.D. from Howard University. I was able to walk to campus from the home with such ease. The house was fully loaded with diverse amenities that made myself and my family feel as though we were in our own home. Overall, the hosts were extremely nice and even called to give me best wishes on my graduation day!!! I will encourage anyone that lives in or has the desire to visit this historic area to take advantage of the Ledroit Townhouse.

It was a great stay for our large group! The place was absolutely wonderful. We had a rental car so parking on the weekend you may have to park down from the house. Public transportation was very close. Thank you all!!!

Steve, Tracy, Alan And Paul were great. They made the checkin process very smooth and were very attentive to any questions or needs we may have had. They really kinda saved our trip, we had a booking cancel on the day before and they were able to get back to us and accommodate very short notice. To make it even better this location was fantastic. The neighborhood was filled with plenty of restaurants and was only a short drive to downtown. Comfy beds and a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed to really make it our home for a couple of days. I hope to stay here again if the need ever arises.

The townhouse was fantastic! The location was great: we were in walking distance to great nightlife and close to the metro so we could get around the city easily. The place was very spacious and accommodating for a group of people. We definitely weren't too cramped for our 3 nights.
