This beautiful unit has new furnishings in a new subdivision in Everton Hills located 10km north of Brisbane.

It is at the end of the colder-sack and balcony over looks a creek. Great scenery and very quiet neighbourhood.

Aircon/fans in bedroom and lounge, walkin robe in main bedroom and includes wifi/smart tv/netflix.

Happy to come to a agreement for 3+months stay already discounted.

The space

Georgous views from balcony in serenity street so close to the city. One bedroom upstairs other downstairs.

Guest access

You have access to anything in the place. Kitchen is kitted out also this included Wifi.

Remote internal garage and plenty of off-street parking.

Interaction with guests

I am renting this out as will be interstate you are welcome to message me anytime and I respond straight away.

Airport is easy to access about a 15-20 min drive.

The apartment was a great base for us as we were visiting family nearby. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac the balcony and living area overlooks a reserve. The apartment is compact and is equipped with the basics. Shower was great. We had a car so appreciated the off street parking. Sandra responded quickly to any queries. Would stay again is it ideally suited our needs.

The good - the unit is modern and is in a quiet neighborhood with an IGA around the corner. The not so good - The unit was not really clean and this was surprising considering a cleaning fee is charged on top of the rental price, we were not advised that the secure car park was not available for use and this was one of the reasons we chose this unit and during our stay the driveway was resurfaced and the entire unit was full of fumes for the whole day.

Hi Jenny, Im sorry you felt this way I never had any complaints while you were staying. I have just changed cleaners as the standard wasnt upto scratch and Due to the floods that week the driveway had to be repaired. I could of got the cleaner back and postponed the driveway repair if u had communicationed concerns with me. Sandy

Decent unit in a calm neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay, even it was not super clean (maybe we are extra aware due to toddlers). Sandra was super responsive, managed everything great! Would come back.
