My place is close to Oslo Coffee Roasters, La Superior, Rye, Barcade, and Gimme Coffee. You’ll love my place because I literally live in the middle of Williamsburg in walking distance to everything. I have the best restaurants and bars in a 2 minute walk from my place while being 5 minutes from the Williamsburg bridge and 10 minute walks to the L train, M & J Train.

The space

I recently just graduated with an MFA in painting and this space has become my studio space where I paint and crash. It is a very unique little gem with amazing light and sits right next to a park so there is no building blocking the view. This place is a perfect spot for anyone who is using the space to sleep and eat (there is a kitchen :)) but otherwise it is not a place you will want to spend your whole trip laxing as there is very little furniture.

I would totally recommend this spot for anyone who needs a place to stay while in NYC. The location is great. It's a 10 minute walk to two different subway stations to get to Manhattan. Bedford street is a block away and is a long strip of hip bars, restaurants and shops. We spent an evening just exploring South Williamsburg. We had so much fun and would stay here again if we came back to NYC.

This is a perfect studio space to crash in if you're looking for a cheap home base in the Williamsburg area. Drake was a great host, who was extremely responsive to the few needs we had during the stay. Definitely read the description in full, and if it fits your needs it's one of the best options in the area. We loved it.

This place was great! Very centrally located with easy access to subways, etc. So many great places to walk to and places to eat around the apartment. We loved waking up to Drake's art hanging up and then walking out the door to the bustling Williamsburg area! There's plenty of room to move around in the apartment, which we were thankful for as some spaces can be so tight. It's up a few flight of stairs but it isn't too bad and it is nice to have a view outside the windows! The decor is unique and Drake had left it very clean for us, which was so nice because old buildings can be dirty, but we hardly noticed thanks to his thoughtfulness! Overall, we were so pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a real Brooklyn experience in the heart of a trendy area!

The place is amazing! When I sent pictures to friends and family they knew that I would live there if I lived in BK :). The art around me helped me get into the right mood (I was there for work and training, Yoga/meditation training.) It was just perfect!!! The amount of space was great, the location of it was perfect also! All the good yummy restaurants are near by. If you have not been to Williamsburg I suggest staying here as it is close by all the good stuff! Transportation for me was easy, trains near by or catch an uber/cab if you aren't into trains. I just loved it!
